This is a nice clean casino. We were here on a Saturday night and it was not overly crowded. There was ample parking, and we felt safer than we do at some other casinos in the Oklahoma City area. The staff was nice also. All in all we had a good time, and I even won a little money.

The beer is cold but a little pricey for me.. the atmosphere is okay they need to jazz up the place a little doesn't feel anything like Las Vegas...

If you enjoy throwing away your money then this is the place to go.I literally watched a fella who l later found out was a regular hit a jackpot for $6500 and instead of receiving the jackpot, he was immediately thrown out and told he would not be receiving the jackpot because he was banned. The worst part is he had voluntarily banned himself to refrain from gambling for a while, he thought the ban was lifted, and by entering the premises, without someone approaching him, and asking him to leave after several security guard, and all the surveillance along with facial recognition did not set off any red flags he assumed he must be good, but once he hit the jackpot he quickly and he found out otherwise promptly being escorted out to his vehicle.

One person saying they were black says blacks don't win. A black woman hit $25,000 on the dollar machine, said she hit the max button by accident and it hit jackpot. I hardly believe that story she looked like a manager's wife. Another jackpot I was trying so hard to win was given to a black girl right next to me. Mystic Temple jackpots mostly go to black people they seem to know when to come in. Only 3 of us on the Red Hot Jackpot and a black guy got the jackpot and I HAVE NEVER won that thing! Been coming ever since the place opened but I am treated like a step child because I got old, no longer the cute little thing I was before. It's TOO hard to win now at this casino!

I've been going to this casino for around 3 years now. Thay used to payout but now? Nothing. I used to get $15 in free play every week but it's been dropped to $10. For reasons unknown. With all the money they receive you would think thay would off at least $5 in free play for your birthday. Nope, nothing. If you play here you are only helping them pay for the hotel portion. With less then a 62.03% pay out you're better off playing the lottery because you'll win the lottery before you win here. Also? Their points system is the worst I. Oklahoma. STAY AWAY.

Yes, I love the "free" ice cream. Maybe not so free if you play the slots too much. lol. I do like that they have some of the older games, and the food choices and very good as well. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious.

.Okay covid is over lets move back to 24 hrs it is absolutely ridiculous that they close every night at 2am. let's stop using the excuses of lack of staff as they have all the same staff that they have had for the last 4 years that I have played there for. These are simply poor excuse. We now go once every three months now and used to go once per week when they were open 24 hrs. Why would you be willing to give up all these dollars when you force people out at 2am

The staff are very hardworking, friendly and courteous! The various ways to earn points and hot seats are very nice and the variety of games is good. They have some of the older slots so many like as well as newer kinds to give variety of choice. The techs like Mallory or clean up like Anthony or service from up front to drinks like Samantha and Michael is what gives this place a welcoming feel!

The place is friendly!! I read a review saying how they thought the place only let white people win and as a person of color myself I can say that's just absurd!!

I live 1.5 hours round trip from the casino. I had accidentally pulled my credit card out of my pocket while removing yet another $100 bill in put in their unbelievably tight machines. I called the the casino when i realized it was missing to see if it had been found and it had. Short version, I had given myself 45 mins at the casino before I had to leave for work. I asked several times for help and when the 45 minutes where up I still had not received my card nor had and I had to drive 45 minutes back empty handed. I would recommend going to one of the smaller casino's in the area where you have a better chance to win and some amount of customer service.

I've yet to win a substantial jackpot or even win enough to keep playing in this place without going BUST. Blacks seem to win a LOT more often then the white folk so don't go there. I sat next to a sweet black girl that won $3,300 within 5 minutes of playing. The blacks usually get the jackpot off the Red Hot Jackpot and the Mystic Temple. I've considered painting my face and wearing a wig cause I'm not black enough to win much. PLUS, there are TOO MANY WORKERS standing around doing NOTHING but getting in OUR way! They push the CHAIRS UP solid against the machines just to make us pull our backs out pulling the chair back where we can sit on it! THAT IS RUDE and uncaring, they should be offering to pull out the chairs instead of making us injure our backs and shoulders.

It doesn't matter how many they have or what kind, they are all going to rip you off! They do not follow through with the specials they run. I was told, "get enough points and I would get some luggage." I got the points and they did not follow through with their promise. I say you'd be better off at the Black Hawk on the East side of Shawnee or any other casino.

Children can eat at the buffet and "walk-thru" the casino. The age to "play" is actually 18-- not 21.
