Free Ice Cream!!!!!

Yes, I love the "free" ice cream. Maybe not so free if you play the slots too much. lol. I do like that they have some of the older games, and the food choices and very good as well. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious.

.Okay covid is over lets move back to 24 hrs it is absolutely ridiculous that they close every night at 2am. let's stop using the excuses of lack of staff as they have all the same staff that they have had for the last 4 years that I have played there for. These are simply poor excuse. We now go once every three months now and used to go once per week when they were open 24 hrs. Why would you be willing to give up all these dollars when you force people out at 2am

Welcoming people

The staff are very hardworking, friendly and courteous! The various ways to earn points and hot seats are very nice and the variety of games is good. They have some of the older slots so many like as well as newer kinds to give variety of choice. The techs like Mallory or clean up like Anthony or service from up front to drinks like Samantha and Michael is what gives this place a welcoming feel!

The place is friendly!! I read a review saying how they thought the place only let white people win and as a person of color myself I can say that's just absurd!!

Terrible customer service

I live 1.5 hours round trip from the casino. I had accidentally pulled my credit card out of my pocket while removing yet another $100 bill in put in their unbelievably tight machines. I called the the casino when i realized it was missing to see if it had been found and it had. Short version, I had given myself 45 mins at the casino before I had to leave for work. I asked several times for help and when the 45 minutes where up I still had not received my card nor had and I had to drive 45 minutes back empty handed. I would recommend going to one of the smaller casino's in the area where you have a better chance to win and some amount of customer service.

I have noticed that their are a lot of whites that are winning most or all Jackpots at this Casino. I've been going for many years now and I have yet to win any JACKPOT of any kind. I can ply high or low and I still have not won. I also have noticed that the security guards walk around to much especially if their is a black person winning any amounts of money. They walk around and stand and watch our machines yo see how much we take in. Then they call ahead and have the machines to be turned off so that the Black person on that machine will not hit a large amounts of money. We come out to enjoy playing and winning just like the white folks do. But the white folks are the only ones that is getting any enjoyment in playing. Firelake Casino Employees are a nustances and you can't really enjoy your slots. A black person can play a machine for hours and not hit anything. And as soon as the black person gets off the machine and a white person gets on there all of a sudden the machine starts hitting. It's really not fair to us Blacks to keep taking our hard earned money to firelake casino and not even enjoy the chance to play and have a great time. Machines are too tight and the service is very very dissatisfactory. The security guards should not be walking around as much as they do a d that they should have a main station where they should stand away from the players and the machines. Even the cleanup crew is annoying. The bathrooms stink and is not being cleaned very well. Firelake Casino use to be a great and enjoyable place to be now it's old cheap and not fun anymore to go for great entertainment.

Paid Hotel
I lost $2300 in 5hrs of being here on a Friday night.12/13/19 This place is a total rip off. You have a better chance of winning anywhere else. They paid for my Hotel stay for 1 night and drained me dry again. This place is a joke. $500 is the max and 3 machines hits jackpot.
Do not come here. I played penny machines, 5cent and 10 cent and Shark Week and The Walking Dead. I played Sex and the City and the Big Colossal game and lost my money. Do NOT COME HERE

Great place if you like to watch your money melt like snow in July, but then again there all about that way, that's why you see them popping up all over Oklahoma like mushrooms, but people keep feeding them, the illusion of winning keeps there pockets full, it's much cheaper to play the same slots on your phone for free, or for a nominal charge for credits you'll save bunches of money

Smaller casino didn't win but very nice . Have alot of the nice slots which we like to play. Didn't spend much time there. Very friendly people

The casino deals with federal, state and Indian Gaming Commission rules, but the upshot is an "ante" on table games most of the time. Do not play. On the days the casino is allowed to pay the "ante" itself, the $5 blackjack has good odds and excellent dealers. The players' club has frequent promotions (paid by those weird rules mentioned before). The restaurants are mostly overpriced but varied. The video poker is limited and all short-pay, but not as bad as at other Indian casinos.
