Don’t see serious movies here. I tried to watch A Star Is Born here over the weekend, and the music from Halloween in the theater next to us played loudly during the emotional scenes. I understand it’s not the current management’s fault that the walls are paper thin, but they messed up plenty in other areas.
Why does AMC insist on showing 30 minutes of previews before every movie? That ended up screwing us over at the end of the movie because, during the end of the film (probably the most emotional, tear-jerking scene in the entire movie), a group of three came in and started speaking loudly to each other, completely stripping away all emotional investment leading up to that scene.
I looked at my watch and it was 4:30. The supposed start time for the next showing was 4:20, which means the excessive amount of previews completely botched the viewing experience for all of us. Keep in mind that this movie has been out for at least one week now, which is plenty of time to figure out how much time you need between showtimes.
This was just one experience. Their prices are worse than theaters in OKC/Tulsa, their staff is apathetic, and the management has proven time and time again that they are incompetent (how on earth does a movie theater shut down from BED BUGS?!).
This theater is lucky they’re the only theater in Stillwater. The very second another movie theater opens in this town is the same second the AMC becomes the “bad theater” between the two.

This theatre is in dire need of renovation. Bathrooms are always dirty, the concessions are ridiculously overpriced, and the seats and theatre are falling apart. Do yourself a favor and either drive to another theatre or stay home!

Just saw Christopher Robben. Now an AMC, being able to buy my tickets online was great. The seats were comfortable and the movie quality was great!

Small town feel to this now AMC. I was in town for a day and had some time to kill and it is small and little run down. No fancy seats, but movie probably probably made us more uncomfortable than anything. Everything seems better or worse about a theater if the movie is terrible or fantastic. Won’t impress or depress you.

Surprise ! Surprise ! I was actually impressed in this small town theatre. If you are a movie goer, make sure and get their " Bucket of Popcorn". It is definitely a savings. They are remodeling and making it even more impressive.

This theater is now owned by AMC. It's nothing special, just a place to see movies. Be aware that the sizes are bigger than you think. I ordered a medium coke and it's bigger than my face!
It might make some people happy but not me. Other than that, the place is okay but pricey, in my opinion.

The Carmike 10 has probably seen better days. The theater shows signs of wear, but it can work if you don't want to drive dozens of miles out of your way.

The new shows come there right away. They have great popcorn and good employees. It is sometimes cold so I always bring a jacket. They have a great Tuesday special on ticket, popcorn, and drinks.

Stillwater deserves a better movie theater. Management is attempting improvements/renovations, but they have a LONG way to go.

I have been to theaters all over the world, in some small out of the way places.Many of the theaters in these far off lands barley had electricity and they were better.Prices are a joke,especially when you are in line at the the local dollar store and employes from the above mentioned theatre are buying candy for a dollar and then selling it at the theatre for $5.00 plus.That is Criminal and Unethical.Not to mention messy floors,torn wallpaper,dirty bathrooms and a movie screen with stains.Time for this theatre to go and have AMC etc move in.It is 2 bad that this is the only theatre in town.
