I am searching for it right now and can’t find it. Address isn’t available and gps coordinates take us 30 minutes away.

While visiting family in southeastern Oklahoma we spent a few hours exploring the countryside. The District Choctaw Chief's House is the oldest building in Oklahoma and was originally built for the Choctaw Chief when the Native Americans were moved from their home areas to Indian Territory (later to become Oklahoma). There is no admission charge for this attraction. We were there on a Monday afternoon and the office was not open at the time, though we could still walk through the house. If you are visiting during the week and would like to talk to the caretakers or have access to the restrooms I would suggest that you call a day or two ahead of time to insure someone will be there. The site is not maintained by the state so donations are greatly appreciated.
The site is not the easiest to find. On the the www.travelOK.com website there are accurate directions. However, the "paved driveway" they refer to is still not easy to spot and there is no sign at the road. There is, however, an old railroad crossing sign at the end of the drive that is a helpful landmark.
If you are in southeastern Oklahoma this is worth a brief stop.
