Splash Pad

Spending the day with my 5 year old nephew, this was a great option for him to run and play, burn off some energy and just have fun. He loved it. If I had any complaint, it would be that after 3 hours, he still didn’t want to leave. The splash pad was great and the playground just steps away was a place to play and dry off a bit.

Part of the playground is under construction, but since it was our first visit, I don’t know what is normally in that section, or what will be in the future.

It’s a popular place for birthday parties as we saw 2 while we were there.

Note there’s a button on the side of the restroom building to turn on the splash pad as it seems to be on a timer, then has to be started again.

Fantastic for Kids and Adults

This park has a lot to offer kids up to 4th grade. Plenty of options to play. Very shaded so adults can sit in shade at tables. Water splash feature is a real winner. Also, Riverside walking trail is just a few yards to the west of the park.
