Skip this place. Horrible customer service. Way too many casinos in the area of Tulsa to settle for this poorly ran casino.
Seems like they have more management walking around giving everyone dirty looks and acting like they don’t want to be there than any casino we have ever visited.
We asked for a host to meet and we were told they contact us by email?
Tightest slots and games in Tulsa area. Hard rock and Osage are much looser and
nicer people. Hard rock was packed with people and a happier and more relaxed vibe.
Not a place we want to visit in the future, and oh they messed up our hotel reservations also. Thank goodness the Rock came through and found us a room after we told them how crappy RS experience was.

Best hotel clean nice friendly staff will come back love the games entertainment is great will come back we really really loved it

The visions buffet is so-so. The place was very quiet and somber as if everyone in the place was sad. Very few people walking around actually smiling as being out and enjoying. The bands were ok but the feeling of night life was very lame. Departed river spirit and visited the hard rock and that’s when things changed. More people out singing and dancing and actually having a good time. I believe when the crew decides on another night out river spirit is off the list. It just reveals no thrill anymore. I don’t know if people are just losing all of their money there or what but the looks on most people’s faces were sad and depressing. I much more prefer a lively crowd. Let’s get that hard rock opened back up. Woooooo hoooooo!!!!! RS “security” could also spend a little more time minding their own damn business. Don’t know who they think they are but keep the eff away from me. Simple request.

A group of my girlfriends stayed here for my milestone birthday celebration! We stayed in the executive suite and added an attached double queen room. The suite was amazing and large. The rooms and bathrooms were so nice and clean. The pool area was very fun and made you feel like you were at a large destination resort. We loved our stay and never left while we were there, because there were plenty of amenities and several places to eat. The only recommendation we would have is to add a microwave and large trash can to the suites, and a larger refrigerator would have been nice, too. We will definitely be back. This might be our favorite new meetup place for our girls trips!

I have been staying at RS since it opened. There are times I felt slots/machines were loose, and times when they were tight. No one wins all the time at ANY casino, IDC who you are or which OK casino you go to. This casino is well kept, safe, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, tasty food. Post pandemic, I have stayed 1x/wk for business and for personal stays. If I didn’t have a blanket, for goodness sake I just called front desk and requested one. Any complaint or concern has always been addressed in a reasonable fashion. I have used other amenities and have no complaints with those either. Just always speak up and be kind; goes a long way no matter where you stay.

Over all beautiful resort! Easy check in and they were able to check us in early! However, the pool is very small for how big the resort it. Super crowed, not relaxing. I noticed that other reviews mentioned to bring your own blankets, I should’ve listened to them. They only give you a sheet to sleep with…bring your own blanket! Lol. All in all, great resort. We will return!

The casinos are taking Oklahomans money at a staggering rate,you can put a twenty in the slot machine play it down to 0 put another in play it down to nothing,and not even hit athing,and what's bad about it , is everybody is letting this crap happen,all the casinos are doing it, what happen to casinos competing against each other, for our business,that's what they said would happen when they came in to our towns,instead we have casinos unregulated ,meaning they can do what they want to do,and pay what they want to pay,ban casinos till they regulate the payout,stop your friends and family from going until they do,Oklahoma casinos are robbing us Oklahomans,let's put a stop to it!!!!!!!!

Like to play slots but this is not the place to go. They have tightened the machines to the point it’s just an arcade !!!

We've been going here as a get-a-way from Dallas Ft Worth for quite a few years, we started going before the Margaritaville side opened up.
After the big flood and the pandemic, things changed for the worst. I guess now their trying to re-coop all those losses.
Our last couple of trips have been at a big loss. I have tried multiple machines both video and reel machines in all denominations and nothing. Just lose, lose and lose.
This time was the last time! I left so mad and told my husband I will not ever put another dime into this place, I will not even set foot in there to give them more money. So we went to Osage the next day and I did great! And then I won again that night at Hard Rock!
People listen up, this is not the only casino in town, you have other options. Quit going here, all you're going to do is give them your money, their going to give you nothing back!
Just keep reading reviews, you will see it's quite obvious the machines are as tight as they can be! Just go somewhere where you have a fighting chance of winning!
Were going back to Tulsa in a few weeks and it will be the first time that we will not be going to River Spirit at all, we will only play at Osage and Hard Rock. Have you seen the crowds at Hard Rock? That tells you everything you need to know!

We attended the New Years Eve show at River Spirit. The venue is fantastic. Ron White was preceded by a GREAT, funny, comedian. The comedy was spot on and the guy should have been the main show. He had the audience relaxed and laughing out loud!
When Ron entered the stage he immediately transformed the audience mood. NEGATIVELY!!! The use of then 'F' word was so prominent and the sexual commentary so nasty it was uncomfortable. Seemed all he could conjure up. We left very quickly. The people in front of us left. And at dinner the next night we encounter not one but two couples who also shared they left.
Hotel and casino are nice, music in the various stages great, and hotel and casino staff helpful and attentive. Tulsa is a great location with many things to do in the area.
