Trashy. I have a Cherokee ID that they told me wasn't legal ID. So they refused to take it however excepted my out of date state identification. Which one I know is not policy they have to be in date. It looked like the homeless people live there.

I have stayed here 2 weekends in a row and the place is wonderful! Easy, quick check in, good food, great large screen tvs in the dining area and the rooms are clean and beautiful!
I am from the East coast and you cannot get anything this nice for the price!

I'm disappointed in the Osage casino. They should let the players cut the cards. They give bs excuses. They need to get pop fountains running. Coins in the redemption machine. They are full of excuses no result. It's not worth playing the Osage casino. The way its setup lowers the odds for the player. I've been a customer for years. I talked to five employees. Asked all of them for a comment cards they couldn't find one. That didn't surprise me. I told them I wouldn't be back.

I've gone about every weekend for the past 7 months and only got a decent payout around four times. Id prefer riverspirit but I always choose the comfort of a short drive since I don't live far from Tisdale

This place is trash and the and some of the employees are very racist the dealer side with their friends and actually cheat for their friends at the tables the security guards want to be bullies. I cannot compare this place to anywhere else it is by far the worst ever. They care nothing for their customers and when you try to complain all of the employees side with each other and you will be ask to leave for no reason.

This experience could improve if this casino stops being stingy... Oh and stop favoring certain race... Place is trash! Come on people no gift giveaways crap comps.... Move on to a place where they will appreciate your play!

They have a problem with my wife sitting on my lap while I’m playing a slot and drinking a beer. That’s your concern? I was up $600 on them and jetted. Took their money to the River Spirit and had a great time.

Well the payouts are very bad but whats worse is the atm machines is a flat ripoff the problem is that it took 100. Off my card and want me jump though hoppes and not give my money back i can prove it so I will never go back owen short

This is a unsatisfied customer. I wrote a comment on this place about not getting back my $50 sur charge. Well It's another month and I am still getting the run around about my money. They say they sent paper work to my bank to have the money released to my account. Makes no sense,,, since their the ones who charged my account,,, not my bank. I went to my bank today and they said it sounds like I am getting the run around. So I filed a formal complaint for fraudulent charges. This sur charge is the biggest crock I have ever heard of. You have our credit card number when we check in,,, why do you have to automatically charge an extra $50 that I wasn't told about when making reservations, If I do something,,,just charge the card,,,, don't charge an extra $50 for just checking in because I might do something. Or is this another ploy just to get more money from customers, hoping they will forget about the sur charge. You decide.

A good idea to use a credit card instead of a debit card, a lot easier to dispute a charge and with a debit card the money is gone immediately, and you are at their mercy in trying to get it back. I agree that the whole " deposit " charge is BS to begin with.

Do not know anything about the pool hours - nice looking pool however and I know they sell pool passes if not staying in hotel.
