I love the arcade games and the bowling was fun. The food is about what you would expect for a place like that.

Was here today with a friend and a group of thugs made the visit a complete disaster. While my friend was notifying the staff about a basketball game which was not working- I stayed by the machine to keep others from using is and losing funds. A group of about eight people approached around 445- 450 pm and wanted the machine. There were several of the same machines available and I said I was on it and waiting for something. One of the persons got in my face and began to yell at me about claiming to own the machine. I spoke louder as there are several games, noises making it hard to hear and the group surrounded me and asked my I was yelling. The group was all wearing matching black shirts with two words in neon on the front and began yelling cursing and physically assaulted me. My friend got back and was able to push a few of the almost dozen people to secure my safety from this group. As we walked away a large woman from the group said- glad your wife saved your life. I’m a fifty year old man and a professional. I was here hoping for a nice afternoon and not to be assaulted. I suggest you review the video. This needs to be addressed and behavior monitored. We had a difficult time locating available staff before during or after the assault. We received a refund at 4:55 from Jay Quin

As a group of three adults, we had so much fun bowling, playing laser tag and arcade games. It was a great night out and very well priced. Worth the visit if you need to fill a night in Tulsa or have kids with energy to burn.

I called and booked an event for my Scouts BSA Girl Troop. We did not meet their number requirements nor did our treasury to fund the event. They worked with us to adjust time, number and amount to make this a fun evening for all of our scouts.
They management went out of their way to make our first planning session-lock in a success. The Scouts did it all, from bowling and pool to laser tag and the gravity ropes. (My favorite was laser tag, my scouts liked being high above on the gravity ropes.)
I would highly recommend for an afternoon out to a major event or party. Will will be back.

This was not our first experience with Main Event, but this WAS our first experience with this location, and I have to say that they took it to the next level by adding the VR station! I cannot wait to have this setup installed at our location back home. The kids could not get enough, and of course Laser Tag was a Blast as usual. There seems to never be enough hours in the day whenever we decide to hang out as a family. The Staff was Top Shelf, and so was the food/drinks. The bathrooms were pristine and the bowling alley was Awesome enough to ensure every March Madness game was playing which kept the dads off their phones and enjoying the fun right in front of them. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area, who is on a first date, 50 year anniversary or just need some bonding time with their pre-teens and need a little bit of everything to ensure everybody is satisfied. This is the Place for you!

I saw all the recent poor reviews and thought how could they all be true...this place looks awesome. Well, unfortunately they are correct. A miserable experience with the staff. The $20 special is a good deal if you plan to spend a lot of time there. We left and had a great day at The Gathering Place instead.

First ones at the bowling lanes at 9am. Tables are nasty and sticky. Desk staff are confused and anger people allowing to people go to the side of the desk and cut in front of people. Lane was messed up. Tried calling someone. No one answered. Couldn’t find any staff available to help. Don’t think I’ll come back to this one.

Can only rate based on our dinner. We stayed at nearby hotel and decided to come over for dinner and drinks. Food sucked and was over priced. Service was horrible. However, I think most people come here for the activities not the food. So we might go back one day, just won't be eating here again.

After missing out on a group event, I was given a bunch of coupons to go out to Main Event on my own with my wife. Got there and was passed around to 4 different desk locations before they finally gave up on applying one of my coupons for a free hour of bowling and just sent me to a lane and said they would figure it out later. Went to the lane and bowled for an hour. Lanes were super slick. May be the way they are supposed to be and the lanes at my usual alley are just bad, but I got used to it. Went back up to turn in another coupon that was provided and they said it was missing a bar code. The coupon was provided to all participants of the group event by Main Event. I told them to check with a party coordinator since they would know what to do, and right off, they fixed the problem and issued me a 1 hour free play card. That was great. No so great, several games weren't working. For the inconvenience, staffer gave me a $25 game coupon. Took it over to the card bank and followed the instructions. It spit out a card and then gave me an error message on the screen. Went to try and use the card and it said no balance. Took it back to the staff member and was asked if I was certain I didn't already use it all. I hadn't used it once, let alone all of it. Decided to go sit at the bar and have a drink while they figured it out. Had to flag down a bartender as they kept walking past us. Drinks were fine , just overpriced. Ended up being given 2 $10 game cards by the staff since they couldn't figure out why the $25 coupon wouldn't work. We went to play those game cards and left. I still had another coupon, but why waste my time any further.
The effort it took to try and have fun was pretty much spoiled by the lack of competence by the staff. I know I wouldn't repeat with my money, glad I found out almost for free. ($20 for 1 beer and 1 shooter)
