After visiting Judy I always feel so relaxed! She puts her customers' comfort first, and does everything to ensure you are pleased with your visit. I highly recommend Massage Effects!

LMT Judy McCaul spent a quarter hour with me through an evaluation of my situation and goals, drew my attention to the muscular chart to identify the areas, she'd work, checking my preferences, and setting expectations for her approach for my desk-job, computer-mouse-use affected pain. Judy then spent more than the time I'd arranged to work on key cause areas, as well as affected (referred versus radiated pain) areas, and conversed with me throughout for feedback in a true partnership on progress. Judy then prescribed some natural anti-inflammatory medicines, tools for continuing to work areas and desk exercises for which she produced diagrams I could tack on my cubicle wall! In the days since, I have felt a huge contrast in my comfort level (at and away from my desk) so that I haven't yet needed to continue the anti-inflammatory medicine prescribed by my physician. I will definitely return for more work, knowing it's not an hour-long solution and that I need to continue what has begun to work through Judy's excellent treatment and assignments for me.

I found Massage Effects on TripAdvisor and my husband and I had a 1-hour couple's massage with Judy and her associate, Beth. They were friendly and sociable, yet professional and laid back, too. All four of us had some great conversation, and also just quiet time as they went to work. Judy is very organized with scheduling, directions, etc. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

For my 55th birthday, I was treated to a massage from Judy at massage effects. This was my first massage in many years and I was very pleased with the setting and Judy's knowledge and professionalism. She answered all my concerns up front. The 60 minute massage was a full body light to medium massage that left me drooling* at times. I was sooooo relaxed that many times I found myself dozing off. I can only describe this as the "Icing on my Birthday Cake", and I would highly recommend Judy to anyone seeking a professional massage.

Judy's very in-tune with what you want or need in a massage. I always feel comfortable and relaxed. She has an amazing touch and offers lots of types of massage. She's extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she loves what she does! I would highly recommend a massage at Massage Effects when you visit Bend. It will be the cherry on top of your vacation!

I had a 90-minute massage and although I've had many good massages in my life, I have to say this was the best. Thank you Judy for finding all the right spots and having just the right touch.
