We just got a puppy and was hoping for some really unique items but sadly this store was a disappointment. They just didn't have....anything. I'm left without words, because it just didn't seem like the kind of shop that would be in Cannon Beach, it doesn't have the flare that the rest of the stores have. It needs something, but I can't put my finger on it.
There were some cute items, and if you need a collar or leash pronto, this is your store.
Jazz it up a bit and it could be an amazing store.

"Feeling guilty for leaving you puppy behind? We have gifts" or something akin to this was the sign that grabbed my attention and got me in the door. We couldn't bring our four legged kiddos on our trip, so we found the perfect gifts here. We also found a wonderful, sweet soul who shared our love of dachshunds and gave us info on a rescue group with connections in Texas. You can not go wrong in this store. Puppy friendly with many options.

We visited this shop in search of a good raincoat for my pug puppy. I found one that might work but it turned out to be too small. The owner was very friendly and told me that I could return it or exchange it if it didn’t fit. I also talked to her about training and treats for dogs. She was knowledgeable and the store had a nice variety of clothes, treats, toys etc for pets. I’ll be visiting tomorrow morning to exchange the raincoat and I’m able to bring along my pug to meet her as well. She welcomes animals to the shop.

We stop here every time we visit Cannon Beach. Great customer service. Our dogs love spending time in the store. They carry a variety of dog toys, pet sweaters, coats, leashes, collars, food, treats, and fun dog items for humans (dog stickers, notepads, pens, signs etc.).

My wife, our two dogs and I are spending the weekend in Cannon Beach. During our walk with our dogs downtown we stopped in at Puppy Love and thought it was excellent. Not only could you tell the owner truly loves her shop but there was so many useful dogs accessories but our dogs loved the treats the most!
If you brought your dogs with you, we highly recommend Puppy Love to add to your stops.

Love looking at pet stores for things for my two dogs and this didn't disappoint. The lady was was so welcoming and we also met Ruby, her little dog. Such a friendly place and full of wonderful things, I purchased a collar made from recycled shirts for my yorkie, it looks like a shirt collar only it will fit him 😀. Perfect little store.

i have been in "puppy love" dog/cat store several times and always greeted with a smile. (not the case in most Cannon Beach store fronts). always can find cute dog toys and items for my little dog. but the customer service is always wonderful and so helpful. offers to ship at a reasonable price. will always stop by there on my way thru Cannon Beach..

Fomos visitar esta loja para cachorros e outros animais pois minha filha adora tudo sobre estes bichinhos. A loja é bastante diversificada e fica na rua principal de Cannon Beach. No interior da loja tinha um cachorro dos proprietários que era um doce. Não é uma atração mas vale uma passada ainda mais se você também gosta de animais.

Puppy Love By The Sea is full of toys, trinkets and stuff for dogs and their smitten owners. I purchased a coffee mug emblazoned with "I love Westies" in honor of my buddy, Angus. A good stop if you love dogs.

We stopped in here to buy some dog food and found a lovely little shop. Toy prices are reasonable and the clerk was delightful. Would return again
