这是一个理想的景点但是去年大火。酒店有计划重建此站点接近原始状态。我们期待着再来这里的。

I’m from Arizona. Whenever I’m near Eaglepoint/Medford OR area I swing by Butte Creek Mill and take a walk through Antelope Creek Bridge (1922) at the corner.
I love the mills stone ground cereals, pancake batter and marionberry syrup/jam.
Since the fire the shell has been rebuilt. Needs about 50 years to “cure“.
They are working on the inside. Planned re-open date of 2022.

Under Construction

We were happy to see that construction is well under way on the building, but of course it’s not open for business as of yet. Hoping to be able to go inside on our next trip.

A fun place to visit especially with your kids. Lots of history as well they can see where food comes from.

I visited a couple of years back before it burned down. They are planning to rebuild, if its anything like what was there before its worth the stop.

It burned down

It burned down December 2015. It was so sad to hear and see a truly historical mill burn down to the ground. It's too bad the owner, Bob Russell, had it underinsured.

Waiting for it to rebuild

This was an ideal attraction but it burned down last year. There are plans to rebuild this site as close to original state. We look forward to its return.

So worth your visit...it burned Dec. last year and it is going to be rebuild....not sure when. Easy to find, great people and the town is easy to get around in.

It was gone

Unfortunately, when we got here we found out that it was no more. Apparently, it burned down. There was a sign saying they will rebuild. We walked down to the river and drank in the beauty however. We wish the owners and workers well and hope they can get back on their feet soon. The surroundings are beautiful and well-kept.

The Butte Creek Mill suffered a devastating fire on Christmas Day 2015. They plan to rebuild but you should call ahead to find out the status before planning to visit.

Awesome place to shop for great quality spices, mixes and special treats for you and your home.

I bought a good number of spices, rubs, soup starters and mixes. Everything was fresh, of high quality and delicious. The clerks are very friendly and helpful while answering many of my questions. The atmosphere is rustic and old timey; A really fun place to visit and explore. Next door is an antique shop and museum. You can learn about the history of the mill, the people and the area. It is a great place to spend an hour or so on a lazy afternoon. It is a very calm, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
