SCO DUCKS… We flew up to catch the last home game of the season for the Ducks football team Great place with accommodating staff. A place to see.

Great Stadium

Watch games at approximately six stadiums throughout the country, and my husband has visited many more. This is my favorite and I believe it is his also. It is a beautiful, modern stadium. Fans are very polite. It is LOUD, in a fun way. Plenty of entertainment during lull times. SRO is available and there are good sight lines from the standing area. Beware: There are lots of steps, all with rails.

Small, but Loud!

I was told what an awesome stadium this was, and when I came across country, I was expecting the best. It looked pretty cool from a distance, and the surrounding area is very pretty. I'd gamble that all these positive reviews were from homers regarding the loudness - I really don't give that many points, but I did like the size of the stadium, I could actually see from 41 rows up what was happening on the field without having to look at the jumbo. If I want to watch TV, I'd have stayed home. The drawback was my seat was on the North Side of the stadium. The sun in the afternoon just stayed in my face until it went down. Come autumn, the better seats are definitely on the South Side. It seems to be built into a hill which makes access a workout. First go up a couple long flights of stairs, then one gets to walk uphill the rest of the way. Good cardio if you're built for it. Seemed more like High School stadiums I've seen in my kids' tenure, right down to portable toilets on the concourse. (Ewwww) Concessions were not convenient and didn't seem to be able to handle a sold out stadium (or one that seemed like it). Getting in and out was nice, except I do believe we were ripped off. For $8 per person, we could get a free school bus ride from a local shopping mall to the stadium and back again. It was easy in and easy out, always a bonus. The surrounding lots near to the stadium looked nightmare-ish! Regardless of the ripoff, it was convenient and most of the people were very nice. Security seemed pretty lax. They had kids working the gates and not looking very hard at your bags. Some people walked in with rather large bags, and not clear ones. I saw a person go down the aisle next to me with a clear stadium bag with a fifth of vodka and mixers! Another guy was vaping in front of us and a row further down, some kids were smoking pot. No one checked tickets, seemed people would plop their butts on any seat and wait to see if they got kicked out by the actual ticket holder. It was quite a game of duck-duck-goose - no pun intended. All in all, it was okay. I'm still not sure what all the hype was about.

Great place to watch a football game

I've been to many college football games, but there's nothing quite like a game at this stadium. It's wall-to-wall Duckmania. Extremely loud and enthusiastic, but also a bit whimsical. One of the most fun places to watch a football game, for sure.

Amazing Place, Amazing Event

Went there for my first college football game, Ducks vs. Huskies. Crowd was very special, treated all us winning Husky fans with respect. Had a great time. The walk back to the campus over the bridge was like the Night Of The Living Dead, very odd....
