We arrived a little behind our schedule with our RV, via Harvest Host, so they quickly gave my husband a friendly half flight, since we had to pick something up in Portland. Made it back after most had gone home and realized that while we had purchased some wine, we still didn’t have wine glasses. Quinn was very gracious in allowing us to borrow glasses overnight, which we will return in the morning. Our kitty stayed inside, because there are barn owls and other cats on the property, but she enjoyed watching all the activity from our RV.
Please note that the entrance is a little steep. We had no trouble, but a less robust engine might.
Look forward to a walk around the vineyard tomorrow!

Came to stay at the winery with our trailer. Rj and Juanita were wonderful hosts. Saturday was their wine club pick up party so they had A special on a wine flight. We tasted maybe 10 wines. Good thing we were staying there. Many people brought their dogs and they are allowed to roam around with the vineyard dogs.
The staff was very nice. Got to spend time with the wine maker Shannon and her fiance'. Loved her special White Lace wine. Very smooth
Also liked the Shonburger wine. Not too sweet or dry. Would go with just about anything.
Joined their wine club. Looking forward to going back out to the winery

Stopped for the night via a Harvest Hosts link and was so pleased to be able to enjoy the quiet location, the superb staff (in the tasting room, on the phone and at Uncorked!), and the great wine. It is a cute, laid back location and they enjoy beautiful views of the valley.

My wife and I visited the Plum Hill vineyards and enjoyed the experience. The hosts are fun and the wines are good. Give it a try.

Our family was out on a day trip to see the countryside and visit a winery to do some sampling of the vocal vino. The place that my wife had found online was closed due to a special function, so we stumbled onto Plum Hill, and we could not have been more pleased. The two young ladies running the place could not have been more accommodating. We tried several wines, and purchased a few before we left. We all enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, and enjoyed learning more about how the different wines were made. I would recommend to any of our friends coming into the area.

We are so glad we were able to go here with Harvest Hosts. What an amazing place! RJ and Juanita are the most wonderful, hospitable, kind and generous hosts and fantastic winemakers! They both took time to chat with us and love on our 2 dogs. They even insisted that our dogs roam the property freely. I loved hearing their funny stories, including the patchwork design on the barn. The entire staff was so so friendly. We really loved our time here. The wine pairings with the food were delicious! Our favorite wine was the rose! I loved the shop with unique gifts in the wine tasting room too!

With our Harvest Hosts membership we were able to stay here in our small self-contained trailer. RJ accommodated us even though his parking lot was packed! We LOVED their wines and pairings - the apple and pear chips went so well with what they were pouring. We loved sitting at the bar tasting their delicious wines and chatting with two pourers and RJ & Juanita. Ghost was at home after some surgery, so RJ actually was on the floor petting our Lab because he missed his Lab so much (and we were invited to their house the next morning to meet Ghost...)! It was hot outside so we enjoyed a glass of the White Blyss inside the cool tasting room. We loved the dog section in the gift shop area (way fun stuff!). Later we sat with one of the pourers and enjoyed a bottle on the patio. A great place, great staff, great affordable wines - if you are in this area, it should be a definite stop! RJ and Juanita are the most down to earth owners we have encountered. Generally speaking, you usually don't encounter owners/winemakers when tasting, but here it is just as rare not to see them, except of course during the busy seasons. The wines are wonderful. I like all of the wines, but truly love the Winemaker's Barrel Select. My wife prefers the Redneck Rose'. Lest we forget, Ghost, the winery, tasting room dog can usually be found under foot of RJ or perhaps just napping on the floor. Great place, don't overlook it.

The wines are wonderful, the price reasonable what more can you ask? The owner sat down with us and visited. It is a small out of the way wineries, the tasting room is ok. you will not find fancy anything.....smile, but the wine is the main focus and it is truly remarkable.

I love the smaller country wineries. At Plum Hill, the wines are very good, the location is beautiful, and the owners were on site and very welcoming. It is a dog-friendly site.
