Our Guide, Andre, was very knowledgeable about all wildlife in the area. It was both an informative and relaxing trip. All equipment was provided, including our guide taking pictures of the 3 of us together, on the river, with the stunning sun setting behind us. Very worthwhile and would definitely do again if in the area.

It was a fantastic experience and Todd the tour guide was fabulous. He made sure we all enjoyed the kayaking and made sure we got great pictures too

The kayaking was peaceful and Todd and Bodie were great guides sharing their wealth of knowledge of the area. Some of us took on the challenge of a small riffle with Todds expert instruction guiding us through it. Highlights were sightings of fish in the crystal clear water, bald eagles, osprey and a beaver.

EXCELLENT ADVENTURE! We had a great time during our Sunset Kayaking Adventure! The Wind River and the Columbia River were both gorgeous, we saw tons of Osprey and an Eagle. Todd and Bodie were very informative and personable with our group and shared their knowledge of the history, ecology and both rivers with us. Very relaxing way to end our visit to the area. They provided everything needed for our adventure with quality instruction, equipment and patience. They both seem to love their jobs and shared their genuine love of nature with us.

Relaxing trip with beautiful views. Guides were friendly and helpful. Great evening out with family. Don’t need to be an expert kayaker to take this trip.

Our morning guided kayaking tour with Bodie was one of the highlights of our trip to Hood River for both me and my college-aged son! It was so calm and peaceful. The scenery was breathtaking. Bodie was a great guide, pointing out many bald eagles and other things of interest along the way. He was helpful and friendly the entire time. Thanks for a fun, yet relaxing, experience!

This was an amazing tour. We had 2 kids age 5 and 10, they both loved it along with the adults. The water was nice and calm, despite the wind on the way to the tour. Would highly recommend this very semiconductor tour.

My friend and I had a wonderful time on the river with our guide Andre. He was personable, informative and so helpful. He pointed out many birds to us and told us about their lives on the river. It was a beautiful evening and a wonderful way to see and learn about that area.

how long are the recreational kayak tours. how much time sitting in the kayak? my husband and i have kayaked several times before, but due to an accident injuring his knee he has trouble sitting for long periods of time.
