This little gallery is a jewel with a surprisingly varied scope of works- everything from lamps to sculptures to every media of painting. Well worth a short visit!

This is a tasteful place to view art from different media. It’s small enough to see everything in an hour. The theme was “angels” due to the Christmas season. Good place for gifts if you can afford it.

We stopped in not quite sure what this place was, but were greeted by two very friendly volunteers who explained the layout and what was on display. It was a nice variety of styles, and a very enjoyable stop on our visit in Jacksonville.

We visited the gallery and garden display of Plan Aire paintings from a group class that just occurred the prior week. An interesting display in the garden and another group of artists showing in the inside gallery.

Great venue for local artists to exhibit their work and staffed by volunteer artists too. Can make for an interesting way to pass a bit of time as you walk around this historic city.

We try to always go to the opening of a new show because artists attend, plus we get first pick to purchase original art. And usually there are appetizers and liquid refreshment. This month, even live music.
The quality of the art is impressive, and prices are very fair. So much less than more urban galleries or more touristed locations.
We live in town, and take all our visitors here as part of their tour of Jacksonville.

We live in Jacksonville and regularly visit Art Presence because the art regularly changes! Several artists are our friends. This gallery also participates in local events. It is terrific!

I love being able to go to a small town and find a treasure trove of locally created art in a diversity of genres! With the art market as soft as it has been since 2008 it's a miracle this little treasure with the byline "Art Enhancing Community" has been able to survive, but the quality and breadth of style, medium, subject and execution in this little gallery is impressive. Lots of original art from oil on canvas to watercolor to clever and whimsical assemblage and raku pottery in refined native American/Asian designs and super décor colors, lovingly handcrafted gift items such as keepsake boxes hand carved from local wood, artisan jewelry, etc. A new theme for each 2 month art exhibition, and specially themed Creative Challenge exhibition every October, and participation in nearly every city-wide special event throughout the year. The perfect place to begin your Taste of Summer festivities! Pick up your wine tasting tickets here, have your first taste at the gallery with New Napa Wine Club selections, then stroll through charming Jacksonville to taste more wines from local wineries throughout the town.

The artwork was, for the most part, very good. There was a good variety. The attendant/artist was not very interactive, but okay, and she did supply us with information when we asked.

This group of artists are very talented in so many media. You never know what treat for the eyes will appear THIS month! And then there is the Friday night refreshments, which are always interesting and make viewing the work so much more fun.
