We needed new bikes, upgrading from old, old ones. Walked in to Bike Gallery in Lake Oswego, and got the best service! Very helpful and patient, as we were not spending tons of money, but wanted good solid bikes for my wife and myself. The staff was great, they set us up with two perfect, easy to use bikes that we just love.

I came in to get tires repaired but also to shop for an ebike. The first “salesperson” (a young woman) was aloof, unprofessional and lacking in knowledge about the ebikes. Instead of calling over the one knowledgeable sales person in the shop (I could overhear him talking to other clients) she simply walked away as she was unenthusiastically saying “let me know if you have any more questions” as I was inspecting the bike, rather than trying to provide more info and make a sale. When the young man who repaired my bike came over to let me know it was ready he asked if I had any questions which was much appreciated, but he also was obviously not a sales person and didn’t know the details I would want in order to make such a big purchase. They both were obviously not motivated to make a sale which, in retail, is strange. Seems to me this store needs more real sales people who know the bikes really well and who are motivated to sell or at the least should make sure the one sales person assists customers who are

I just purchased my second bicycle at the Bike Gallery in Lake Oswego, A 24 inc Trek for my 8 year old. The staff are always friendly and informative. They back up their work and have made minor adjustments at no cost. I highly recommend this shop.

I have been shopping at the Bike Gallery for several years now. The staff is always accommodating and knowledgeable. They are friendly and willing to make repairs on a moments notice.There are no questions that they cannot answer.

I went to the Milwaukie location, and I believe there are three total, but the employees are all really nice and accommodating. When I went to buy my first road bike, they didn't pressure me. They let me shop and test out bikes and were there to answer my questions. I can always bring my bike in there for repairs or adjustments or tune ups and I get a discount because I bought my bike there. They also offer a lot of free advice and information which was really helpful when I did my first century ride. When I had a bike pump that would not work, they exchanged it, no questions asked. If you're looking for a bike, or need service on one or need the equipment to go with it, you should definitely go here!
