Found the class online at lincolncityyoga and talked my wife, daughter and d-in-law to go with me; they think I'm a hero for finding this awesome class. Britt was the instructor and she made if fun for all levels.
First class is free and they have mats, blocks and straps. Also, there is a coupon in the Oregon Coast Today free newspaper for a free 2nd class!
Britt has a free class on the beach near Road's End Park on Saturdays at 11am. Nothin' better than yoga on vacation!
