I had a horrible experience booking for a shuttle. I called directly to ask questions. She told me 135.00 hr minimum 3hrs. Her website says 130.00 hr. The website said, host and professional driver. She said, No host for shuttle. When I called her, I gave her the date I wanted to reserve, my credit card # and what I would like to do. Deposit was never taken out. She didn't tell me I had to go through website to book it. I started panicking and went on her website. Come to find out she never booked it. Thank God the day was still available after 2wks. I asked her how is this going to work if she doesn't know where to pick us up. I was so relieved when we had to cancel due to the fires and smoke. She told me it's going take one wk to return deposit . It's been 1wk and 3 days and now she blocked my number. Everytime I call I can't leave message, but I had my husband call, it went staight to a voice mail. I guess you have to make sure it's a wine tour to have a good experience.

Had a delightful time on the trolleys during the Jacksonville wine cruise in Jacksonville. Went to 5 different wineries and tasted wines and food. Hopped on and off the trolleys and had a ball

This is one of the best things to do in Southern Oregon! It's the best way to see wineries in the region. They offer a gorgeous cheeseboard and stop at all the best wineries. It's not to be missed.

A fun way to look at the Christmas lights in town! You can take a ride on this trolley, while feeling a bit nastalgic. The ride offers hot chocolate and singing. Well worth the money, you will make a great family tradition out of this..

It is so much fun to ride the trolley to the various Jacksonville wineries. Several friends & I started out Caprice Vinyards & the Trolley took us to 4 other wineries over the course of the afternoon. The driver was a pleasant & interesting fellow, too.

Always a fun time on the trolley! We have done 2 wine tours now and will continue to make it a tradition EVERY year! The driver and hostess are super sweet and a lot of fun! It's fun for all ages (21+) and over! The price is very reasonable and keeps you from having to drive

We had a bridal party for 24 ladies and took the trolley to four different wineries. The drive was absolutely beautiful and very memorable in the trolley, you truly get to experience what the stunning countryside has to offer. The owner/operator was a lovely lady that was incredibly thoughtful. She provided amazing decor for the shower on the trolley, had plastic cups, water, antipasta platters and even hair things for the ladies!!! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an amazing and unforgettable time!!

We love Kari and "Molly" the Trolley. We are local so we can plan lots more parties and some of us used the trolley at their wedding! It was really magical! Valerie..... . and friends
