Go Kart Hero is a fantastic place for our family to go! Go kart racing is fun, exciting and affordable. The staff is helpful and informative, the facility is clean and everyone has a great time, whether racing or watching. As drivers get more experience they can increase driving time and speed. We usually go on Sunday mornings (check to see if they have a class first). We all leave happy and celebrating success. We are fortunate to have this business in our town.

Very fun karts. They separate the adults in the faster karts from the kids.
Was a little expensive and not being a member we also didn't have access to the most powerful karts. Plan some extra time because you race 10 minutes at a time, so you can be waiting around for your turn.
All in all, very fun and if I lived in town I would get a membership!

I am a member and have been here many times now. I have always had a great experience! Medic Mike is correct that the higher powered karts are allowed on the track at the same time, however only members that are able to hit a qualifying time and can safely drive the karts are able to use the higher horse power karts. Also the higher power karts aren't actually visually recognizable unless you know which ones they are, so it's more likely that inexperienced drivers were the ones ramming other drivers. Also with all my experiences the staff has always seemed to be very on top of flagging individuals driving slower out of the way, for safety and fairness reasons, or giving drivers playing "bumper karts" a black flag witch means they are no longer allowed to race for the day. Also if your worried about little ones, they have kid specific races where only the young ones can race, and no adult karts are on the track! It's definitely a fun experience for the whole family!

We found this place while on a family camping trip close to the Oregon border. It was my son's 8th birthday and decided to surprise him for the day and go race. We had a blast! A little pricey but the thrill was worth it! The place is very clean and accommodating. The staff were friendly and very easy going. They made our visit enjoyable. The younger racers drive on the track in their own race so they are not exposed to the adults more aggressive driving and bigger go carts. You get a printout at the end of your racing session that states the lap times and what place you came in. They even have a winners podium to take pictures on. They do have a snack bar but wouldn't plan on eating there for a meal. It mainly has snack foods..nachos, icees, candy, etc. We definitely will be visiting this place again on our next camping trip.

Great activity for older kids and adults. My boys really love this place and so have the guests that we have taken there as well.

They allow higher power karts on the track with the lower power karts. The bullies in the higher powered karts drive quite aggressively ramming the slower karts. This caused injuries to 2 people in my party of 4, all 4 of us were rammed from behind numerous times, staff didn't care and apparently allow this to occur, refused to get a manager when requested, Go Kart Hero is great if you want to have a fun family night cut short due to pain, Not recommended. Email to management also went unanswered.
