Hi Harold, Thanks for staying with us and we’re glad you enjoyed your room. The average pool is regulated between 78° - 82°, ours is regulated at 85°. We do try to accommodate all guests. Apologies if no one informed you of the large restrooms on the second floor of the hotel. These restrooms are available by a large set of stairs or elevator and are open for public use. If you were visiting during peak hours, the casino floor can be a bit smokier than usual, especially during the evening and weekends. But you’ll be happy to know Plank House is accessible from the boardwalk. Through the hotel, there is a dockside exit. Hi Donna V, Covid has indeed made things weird this past year. Throughout the year we've had to make some decisions to better serve our guests. We temporarily had to remove many touch-points in order to streamline sanitization for the better health and safety for our guests. Housekeeping was minimized, but would come upon request.
