wish i could review on their actual service, but the two separate occasions on which i tried to use radio cab i was given very inconsistent information which led me to cancel and order an uber instead. the second (and final) time i attempted to use radio i had scheduled a pickup in advance only to be told later by dispatch that they couldn’t guarantee a pickup window. i was traveling at night with a child, i didn’t want to be abandoned in portland. the uber was half of the estimated cost of the radio cab, both times. glad others have had a good experience but i did not.

Waited over an hour for them to pick us up. We called Vancouver Cab and they were there in 10 minutes. Radio Cab still hadn't shown up. Their automated system doesn't work so good. And the one time I got thru to a real person they were terribly rude.

I called and made an appointment for a cab on 5/6 for a ride home from the airport. Showed up an hour late and I had to call 3 to 4 times after I was told they would be at the airport at the time I chose. The driver gave too many excuses for being late and but did a good job driving me home. I did not leave a tip which I felt bad about and asked if he could take a tip out of the cost of the ride (which, of course, he couldn't). I wasn't going to tip bad service. Radio cab's customer service is awful, they just don't care. I feel sorry for their drivers.

I used their app to book a cab seven hours in advance. Included flight info. As provided on the app. Ap verified cab. Received text just as we were landing saying I should call when I had my bags. Sounded fine. I called when I had my bags they said they would send a cab. I waited at the cab curb for twenty min. When no cab came, not even at the booked time from the original booking I called again and this time the operate was angry that I had even called because they didn't have a cab available and then without asking hung up and cancelled the cab leaving me stranded at 1:45am. The app was useless. Why had I even bothered. I could have got straight into a cab at the airport without ever even waiting. They left a women alone in the middle of the night, who has paid in advance for the ride. What a bunch of jerks. Don't use their app. Don't trust them. Don't call them. There are several very good cab companies in Portland who will not charge you an arm and a leg for service. At the airport there are always, I have since discovered, cabs at the cab station eager to give a ride. While I waited for Rose City six cans had been available for my use, while I waited for a no-show. Terrible inexcusable, dangerous service. They deserve a zero.

The hotel we stayed at didn’t provide a shuttle to the airport so I was going to use Lyft or Uber but my son-in-law said he had seen good reviews about radio cab. We were very impressed. I called the evening before and set a time and I got text confirmation, and text confirmation when the cab left with the ability to track it and they got there 10 minutes early. And it was cheaper than Lyft or Uber. Great car. The whole experience was great. Very dependable

Horrible experience with this company. Arrived at airport after 11 so no hotel shuttle. Go to the taxi line where about 50 taxi drivers were waiting and got in with a guy who tried to take me on a tour of the area. Unfortunately for him I had been at PDX two years ago and had google maps running as well. Wanted to go to Homewood Suites and he drove around until I pulled up google maps and pointed out he was going to the wrong hotel. Then he tried that again, making a right turn off the guided route. He was clearly winging it, and I pointed that out, and also pointed out that this was a good reason to use Lyft next time. He didn't react well but I demanded he follow my directions and we got to the hotel after a $30 fare that should have been $10. I think if I had not intervened I'd have had a $100 fare. Had I the energy I'd file a complaint with the proper authorities, whoever that might be.
Avoid this company that hires liars if at all avoidable. If not, well, you were warned.

Never again will I use or recommend Radio cab.
I had called 2days ahead of time to arrange a 3:30am ride to the airport. They said no problem just called the evening before which I did. I gave them my pick up and drop off location and reconfirmed time. I got a estimate of cost and was told no problem.
I am a 73yo woman who had trusted them to keep their commitment. So I locked up my house and was sitting patiently by the curb waiting at 3:15 am.
Of course, no one shows. I waited the 15 -30 time delay that I allowed for. I called and they said it was a busy time of the morning and would get someone there as soon as possible. I too had a flight to catch. As I sit on the curb realizing that my house keys and car keys were no longer accessible to me without waking up very old people in the middle of the night.
They never showed up.
I was reminded of the old Steinfield episode of Ross making a car reservation and when he got off the plane there was no car available.
Why bother to get a reservation if you cannot deliver!
I felt no empathy from them for my dilemma.

As a business owner I pride myself in customer service. Apparently that is not the case with Radio Cab... Two weeks ago one of their employees parked his cab across the street from my office and proceeded to run to my back parking lot so he could urinate on my fence; this was caught on camera. I called Radio Cab approximately 10 minutes after the incident and the kind lady that answered the phone was very helpful and even stated she knew exactly who this driver was. She then placed me into the supervisors voicemail to which I never received a call back. After 4 days I decided to call in again and I was placed back into the supervisors voicemail and once again received no call back. Both times I left a very detailed message as to what had occurred. I finally called a third and final time two days ago and was placed in another persons voicemail, Steve was his name, and still haven't received a response. In this voicemail I was less than pleasant.
I assume it must be a Radio Cab company policy to allow employees to urinate on private property without any type recourse or any concern about gaining potential customers.
No wonder Uber and Lyft are dominating the market now...
Radio Cab is an awful company and I will never use them.

Had a super early flight last week and was worried no uber or lyft drivers would be available (b4 5am). Called Radio Cab 3 days ahead and reserved a ride. Offered to pay more, No worries, all good at usual Fare. Called day before and reconfirmed. That morning called 30 min b4 cab was due and confirmed all was solid.
Cab never arrived. Called after time scheduled and was told "sorry, we are slammed and do not yet have a cab for you". Totally unacceptable at the last minute when I have to catch a flight in 2 hours. We were able to get a neighbor to drive us but otherwise would have had to spend over $300 in parking fees as we didn't have time to get a parking shuttle. Will never rely on them again. Loved Radio Cab in past, even tried to keep giving them business when Lyft was more convenient. Bummer.

Awesome company! Went to Winco in Hillsboro Oregon! Had to buy Darigold 2% Cottage Cheese in 3 pound containers! Nice store---live to shop there!
