Worth the price, address is confusing though be careful. The tour guide knew the area and gave great tips on things to do

We caught a ride with Devon for a distillery tour and dinner in SE. He rode us over the Hawthorne bridge along the waterfront thru some gardens and back east over the new Tilikum Crossing bridge. Awesome fun! Super guy!! Perfect way to see the river, skyline, people watch and have dinner.

Our tour and driver were great for the east side distillery tour. However what was not great is that the $60 per person cost did not include any payment to the driver and we were told this way AFTER we had already paid PDX Pedicab. Basically they buy a $20 distillery passport and give you $10 gift certificate and then leave the driver to earn his entire living from YOUR gratuities.
Hate giving a negative review but their pricing is super misleading, taking the price for two from $120 to $180.
PDX Pedicab, PAY YOUR DRIVERS! You don't deserve 50% of the cost to just make a booking. For anyone thinking of taking the tour, go with another company.

We had a wonderful time exploring places we hadn't known of before. Our peddle master Andrew (aka George) was terrific. He peddled us to 3 breweries that we had not visited and gave us insight to the different beers and hard ciders. Our last stop also had a limited bar for those of you that aren't beer fans.
I do think the cab was really meant for just 2 people. We made it work with three but it was not the most comfortable fit.
Also, I would recommend not eating before your cab tour. All the places we visited, had at the very least, small bites that would go well with the beverages.

No better way to check out Portland’s top breweries, than by pedicab! Our driver, Mike, tailored our tour to our tastes (Belgians and Saisons for my wife, IPAs for me), recommended spot-on beers to try and scored us a tour from the Baerlic Brewery brew master. Mike was very knowledgeable about both the beer and the neighborhood and was fun company on our Sunday Funday.

Had a great time with a group of friends and multiple pedicabs. But at the end of the evening, the head driver got on his karaoke microphone (yes, karaoke on a pedicab- very cool feature) to announce their expectations of gratuities. Made for an extremely awkward moment (probably for him as well) and a less than fun way to end the evening. Pay your drivers a decent wage then let us tip as we see appropriate. Don't make them have to give a "tip speech" to us- it's cheesy.

I want to start this review by saying we had a great time on our tour, loved the beer, and enjoyed the company of the drivers. On the other end of things, the cost of this tour is not worth it. Luckily we paid the Groupon price of $25 or it would have been even more disappointing. The three breweries were only about five blocks apart in total so it would have been a very easy walk. We really did not need a pedicab. The beers are not included (which we knew before hand) and the drivers are not paid so they rely on your tips. I would highly suggest walking these breweries and saving the money. Its not a far enough ride to be worth it and the tour guides do not give you any information on the area or the beer so I didn't feel they added anything special other than being nice people.

What's important to note is that this experience is across the river from main downtown Portland. As the cab driver asked with a perplexed face. "Why are you going over there?" Also some visitors, as I was, should realize that alot of the small breweries are on the other side of the bridge. Anyway, we headed over jumped in the back of the bike and where wisked away! We were treated to 4 breweries, food truck for lunch and the rose gardens. Our driver Camille was great. When we asked if we she would be bring us back to downtown Portland. She did. She dropped us off at another brewpub/bar and we walked over to another one. We happened to catch her driving by and she stopped in and gave us a great late night breakfast spot where she met us and took us back to our hotel. Definite must do! Side information: The tour price is for the tour company. The pedicab driver gets paid by tip! We, as we should have, paid extra to be brought back to Portland.

Do not waste you money on this bunch of strong armers! Is a $30 tip per driver too little for a $25 per couple Groupon priced Pedicab ride, on top of providing them multipe beers per stop and food?
The tour started with PDX Pedicab not having two drivers available to our group of four. "Cedar" said that we had only paid $25, whereas we had a receipt showing we had clearly paid $50 through Groupon ($25 per couple).
"Cedar" and "Matt" seemedl like nice enough guys, but started out stressing that they don't get paid anything by PDX Pedicab -- rather, they have to pay to use the Pedicabs.
We paid for beer and food for them throughout the afternoon, and tipped them $30 each, but when I took a phone call upon tipping, they pressured my family saying they expect $20 per stop -- $60 each -- a total of $120 tip for a $50 Groupon deal. Even if we had paid the full $50 per couple fee, a $30 tip would seem reasonable, especially on top of a lot of free beer and food.
Unfortunately my daughter paid them another $45 when I was on a business phone call, due to their pressure after I had tipped them $60, so we paid a total of $105 for a $50 Groupon deal.
Apparently the company had understaffed their drivers, as "Matt" left several times to drive others around.
We could have easily driven the short distance between the three brew pubs ourselves they took us to, and wouldn't have felt strong armed / ripped off.
If I had not had taken the phone call after tipping, I would have given them a piece of my mind for not being appreciative of the generous tip, food, and drinks we had provided them during our tour.
Save your money, do your own research regarding what brew pubs you'd like to go to, and you won't be among those strong-armed by this poor excuse for a business.

We signed up for this tour after seeing a groupon for it, and we're really glad we did. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and we enjoyed spending 3 hours with him touring 3 east side breweries. As non-Portlanders, it was a bit confusing getting to the starting location since it isn't on the MAX, but our guide happily helped us find our way back at the end of the tour.
Everything about it was great -- we saw neighborhoods we wouldn't have otherwise seen, got to try three bars we wouldn't have gone to and had some excellent beer. Cascade was our favorite of the three bars, for food, atmosphere and beer. We weren't so into APEX but really big beer drinkers might be, it just wasn't as much our scene.
The only minor critique is that it was difficult to reach a person when we called them to try to confirm our reservation. But it all worked out and we had a great time! We certainly recommend this tour.
