This outlet offers mostly womens’ clothing stores such as Nordstrom Rack, Banana Republic, Ross, Loft Outlet, etc. You’ll find the summer clothes at a higher discount now. One store offered an additional 40% discount off the last price. It’s time to hit these stores now if you’re looking for summer bargains. If you’re in search of home décor, you must visit Home Goods! I fell in love with their unique items whether it’s something for your kitchen or living space. They already had some Halloween decorations!
The mall is located near the Portland Airport with several eateries nearby. A great place to grab a bite after shopping or for a quick visit before heading to the airport.

Good selection of outlet stores such as Nordstrom Rack, Ross, Bath & Body works, and restaurants. Mostly an outdoor type of shopping mall which is great on dry weather days.
It’s close to the Portland airport (same exit as the airport off I205). Great if you want to do some last minute tax free shopping before boarding the airplane. Also close to the Cascade station if you want to travel to and from downtown Portland. Be aware of the parking time limit at the outlet just in case you want to leave your car at the outlet & head downtown Portland by train.
Stores are open 10 am to 9 pm from Monday to Saturday and from 11 am to 6 pm on Sundays.

A comfortable dinner with friends and family. Accommodating place, great value. I'm a disabled diner and require seating space for my Mobility scooter. I was seated at a table that allowed me to dine comfortably and provided easy access by the server. It was a fun night with friends.

This very clean center has major stores like Nordstrom Rack, Home Goods, IKEA and Ross to name just a few and several other smaller stores. There are cafes and restaurants and I chose Baba’s Mediterranean Grill for a late lunch and was not disappointed..the Salad was super fresh and crunchy and the house made hummus some of the best I’ve ever had. One thing I really appreciated was the benches placed all around the center so tired shoppers could sit and rest. Overall a very good place to shop.

The No Tax Shopping State has a new shopping new outlet more near the Portland Airport and its great. It is what is needed in Portland and its great and refreshing.

Cascade station shopping center is must stop when heading to/from the airport or worthy of a car trip. Nice shopping options including Ikea , Carrhart, Nordstarom, rack and other and a number of dinings options from Famous Daves BBQ, Red Robin, By Design Pizza, Babas and Hatch & Hooves , an impressive schnitzel place

Gigantic store with lots of ideas and great items at good prices. Restrooms, childcare, places to eat...they kind of have it all. Our first trip, but will not be our last!

Es un mall bastante grande con IKEA cerca y no olvidar que no se paga impuestos.

It's usually very crowded but there is plenty of parking. Lots of family friendly restaurants to recharge after shopping!

Target to IKEA... who knew you could get off the train... go cheap at Target, get wired at Best Buy before you get treats at PetSmart, get Qed, sliders, burgers, yogurt, and Pandered to... on your way to a meatball and back on the train at the next station? Who knew? Now you do.
