甚至还有一个短的车程。 这里有很多的山径但是我们发现很难到达底部瀑布附近的老的发电站里面。 做了一个小钓鱼在日落之前就有被咬了几个小点的。 还有一个不错的游泳区域的底部就太了不起了就像他们已清除所有的沙子和岩石的底部。 我忘了我的凉鞋和大约40尺到2尺大概在赤脚涉水。 天热的时候非常拥挤但是也有一个营地以保持不错的主机。

Short walk to lovely falls

This is a short walk to the falls. It is worth a 30 - 45 minute stop, or longer if you decide to have a picnic while you are there. It is just a half mile to the falls, and a half mile back. The falls are not tall, not awe-inspiring, but pleasant. Again, worth the short walk.

Disappointed

I and a friend (both senior citizen women) decided to venture out to see the falls. The trail was not marked very well and even though we walked under the bridge as people had posted, we never did see the falls. Unless you are into hiking, I wouldn't waste your time. The terrain was very rocky and uneven. So disappointed that we didn't ever get to see the falls.

Clarifications That May be Helpful

Wanted to walk the 1.1 mile RT hike to the falls ... talking with the volunteer park keeper, I find out that there are actually 3 different uses for the name "Cline Falls" .. .there is the state park, the trailhead, and the viewpoint. All 3 are different. This review heading should be for the state park that has numerous picnic tables, a nice restroom building, pleasant grounds, and access to the the river ... we had a picnic lunch there.

The trailhead is along the access road into the state park ... you need to park on the side of the road at the trailhead marker which is before you get to the state park area ... this can be confusing and luckily, we had the volunteer park keeper to set us straight ... we did drive out and park along the brim of the road and did the very easy hike to the falls.

The Cline Falls viewpoint is not in the state park at all but you access the viewpoint from the Cline Falls Road off main route 126. I did not go there but could see people at the viewpoint looking down on the falls ... Do the Hike! Best Viewpoint

Fun hike and beautiful falls.

Fun hike! I went the wrong way and added 2 miles to our 1 mile hike. 😂 It was beautiful walking along the river, though and no snakes, so I was very happy!! Beautiful falls! It wasn’t busy at all on a Monday morning.

Cool falls just outside of Redmond

We were staying in a cabin near this park. We had a couple of free hours so decided to check it out. We parked on the street along the river instead of going all the way to the parking lot. Easy trail down to the main one. Round trip to the falls is about a mile. Very easy walk that kids would easily be able to handle. The falls are really cool. Instead of one big one, there are lots of little ones in the same spot. The day we went there were not that many people but I've heard it can get pretty busy on the weekends.

Easy access to the Deschutes River. A pretty park that is nicely cared for and has room to walk and toe picnic. Very nice.

Face the River, Find a Path to the Right - and Hike to Falls

On a summer day, the tiny park is crammed with families. Otherwise, it's almost empty. You drive past a dozen or so picnic table along the river, to park in the lot. There are tiny beachy areas perfect for toddler play and a shallow cool off. Dogs must be leashed, even though there is a big open lawn area in the center for a game of toss. If you have a dog, take the hike to the falls. The river is deeply carved through the rocks, and the current is strong - so not good for canine or kid swimming, unless they are strong swimmers. Nice trails and pathways, and pretty spots everywhere for classic Central Oregon photos.

Fabulous view, relatively easy hike

The sign at the parking lot gives good directions to hike to the falls. The short hike on a trail that goes under the road is well worth the walk. Amazing sight! The falls were surrounded by brush that was shrouded in icicles this morning.

Nice park to relax and wander around

Nice park to relax and wander around , right along the river. Great place to have a pick nick lunch.
