This pair of waterfalls are quite a lovely reward with a very short hike. The lower taller falls has a dizzying viewpoint but if you are adventurous climb down to the creek carefully to further enjoy the beauty of the waterfall and the water.

This hike is only about a mile round-trip, but the views are spectacular! The length is perfect to do with smaller legs, but I would be nervous taking super young children on this hike on their own as there are some pretty significant drop-offs. The youngest in our group was 4 & even he made me a little nervous at times. The kids loved being in the 'cave' behind the waterfall & then going up to the cliff view! Just be aware that it is WAY off the beaten path! When you think you have missed a turn-off, you probably just need to go further!

Drive to the trail head has last 2 miles of unpaved road,
A short and easy hike to the falls from the parking lot at the trailhead. Upper falls has a cavern to go behind the falls. there is a short hike to lower falls viewpoint. There is a steep trail to go below near the lower falls.

My favorite hiking spot ever! The falls are gorgeous, off the beaten path and very easy to get to. Except the bottom water fall its a bit of a steep climb, but we made it with small children in tow!

We spent a week at a fantastic VRBO home on Crooked Finger Rd. It was actually an organic farm but felt like a resort. Hiked all around the area. Loved it! Will be back for sure.

This a nice short hike to two beautiful falls. One has a nice swimming pool as well as a cavern to walk behind the falls. The lower falls are also beautiful and an easy walk to the viewing spot; from the viewing spot there is a rock scramble down to the falls...be careful here! The trail to the upper falls can be slippery so watch your step.

We was on vacation in Oregon and I saw these falls on Google Maps and had to go see them in person. When we got to the road that leads down to the falls, it was dirt and rocks so we left our motorcycles at the top of the road and walked down to the falls which was suppose to be .6 of a mile, but it felt like longer. There was no one there at the falls which was great so I could get a photo with out anyone else in it. It was worth walking down to the falls, but the walk back up was tiring, had to go to the store down the street to get some cold water afterwards.

You will love this little known gem hidden up Crooked Finger Rd. outside the tiny town of Scotts Mills, Oregon. This is a fantastic area to explore and so close to Portland!
