If your Convention is in Seaside Oregon, I would advise you to skip it. The town is incredibly dirty and tacky. It reminds me of a scary carnival run by heavily tattooed heroin addicts with two teeth. People are so unfriendly there. I have never traveled anywhere in my life and had a local tell me to ‘go home’ when I was just out for a stroll. We were bothered by aggressive panhandlers in the area and also a group of four young men who tried to intimidate us. Be very Wary around there sarcastic police force who will write you a ticket for basically doing nothing. We will never return to Seaside Oregon. I hope I can convince you not to go there!!

It was pouring rain and I was carrying a paper bag that literally disintegrated from the downpour, so I followed the signs to the "rock show." I had hoped to find an Australian Opal, and I saw a real winner, which was way out of my price range. Still glad to check out the stones and beads, not to mention feel warm and dry for a minute!

Attended a North West Vacation Rental Professionals conference in April. The facility is amazing, and the people handling all the support and maintenance had the building spotless. The supplied meals were great. Excellent choice for a conference. Thanks to all involved.

Never realized the development of the convention. Would be nice for smaller conferences. Walking distance from many hotels and excellent breaks for walking along river or beach (Prom).

They were still doing some construction, but other than that the convention center was very nice. Very roomy, the upstairs meeting rooms very good, but a little warm. The cookies were excellent!

We were here for the Masonic Annual Communication. The venue is well located within walking distance to many restaurants. It is clean and comfortable.

We attended the SeaPac Ham radio convention for the first time this year and had a great time. Every thing was done so well from the vendors to the flea market. The convention hall was under construction and had a bit of an issue with the air handler, things got a bit warm at times, but over all was a great time. We look forward to attending again in the future.

This convention facility is located a few blocks of walking from the prom and the beach. There is ample parking and eating spots are abound and nearby. The convention site has undergone a major renovation and if you were there before than expect a big improvement in many ways. There is room both downstairs in the major hall and upstairs. Access to the upper rooms and balcony is by stairs and elevator. We were there for a bridge regional convention and were welcomed and treated well

If you are looking for a great venue for a large conference, this is the place. It's well kept, situated in the middle of town with lots of parking, near a plethora of local hotels and only a couple blocks to the beach. It is very popular and is consistently booked year-round. They are just completing a large renovation that will have more room still.
