Arcadia Beach is another fun stop in the Cannon Beach area. It has less features than Hug Point , but still worth stopping for. It is a short walk from the small parking area. There are some cool rock formations down there. Lots of room to roam and explore. The views from the parking lot are great too.

As with all remote beaches not adjacent to towns, check the tide tables before you go, so you'll know how far you can get and when you have to return to avoid getting stuck on the wrong side of an outcrop. Multiple rock formations, a waterfall, and long beaches are the primary features. I'm sure very low tides will reveal some intertidal life among the rocks.

Arcadia Beach is Beautiful and Fun Beach to visit anytime of the year! A smallish parking lot, so get there early for the best spots. Right on Highway 101 and a short walk down the steps to the most Gorgeous sandy beach that's got a Terrific Surf very close. Some fun rocks to climb and there used to be a lot of rocks, shells, and agates until a high tide washed a whole lot of sand in and now it's hard to find them. Great picnic area and a Wonderful view!

Although it has a small parking lot, that means only a few people were on this beautiful beach. It has striking rock formations and is quiet and peaceful.

Great wayside beach area. Very calm and soothing.
A number of rock formations lend to some cool photographic memories, as well as a small cavern or two, depending on the tide.

We were staying in Seaside Oregon and took a drive down to this charming town. No boardwalk but plenty of dead ends to view the Haystacks. Lots of look a round shops.

In my opinion, this beach is much more fun and definitely more scenic than nearby Cannon Beach a few miles to the north. It is also much less crowded--partly because there is very limited parking at the trailhead (the trail is short but somewhat steep). It has seastacks, gorgeous views, a beautiful forest backdrop, white sand, and public restrooms by the parking lot. The area's prettiest beach, hands down. No camping or overnight stays allowed (signs say it closes at 10:00 pm).

This was one of the most beautiful beaches, definitely a must see. The restrooms were an adventure with the compos toilet.

I loved this beach. There are lots of place on the beach.
There are some beautiful massive boulders. I had to explore it.
There was a small mountain, with trees.
An eagle flew nearby us.
There was some driftwood. One person put driftwood in the sand.
We loved this place.
A must see!
