My husband and I have been members here for many years. Clean. Friendly staff. Variety of equipment. We have been doing the group fitness training, which is a good whole body workout that incorporates strength training and cardio. Excellent trainers who will modify the exercises for the client's needs. After a while you get to know the other people who work out there, which gives it a very nice social atmosphere as well. The owner is also one of the trainers and is always very professional. I am baffled by the previous review's complaints about the owner and I do not know anyone there who has had that kind of experience.

Not an imposing brand new athletic club,but otherwise a good fit of anyone looking to stay fit and get a good work out. Up to date equipment is clean and well maintained. Plenty of aerobic machines so you don't have to wait. Lots of options for a varied intense
work out if that is your desire. Management willing to help and work with out of towners. Great spinning classes. Lots of programs to chose from. Lockers and showers (one sauna for each gender) are clean and in working orders. Towels for rent at a reasonable cost. Fees are very reasonable. Multiple visits over 4 months!

There is a slanderous, and totally false, review by a Jack Schindler, about my business (Silverton Fitness) left last year. If it is not taken down, immediately, you will hear from my lawyer. Your site should have some oversite so trolls like him can't write bogus reviews. He is not, and never has been, a customer (if he's even a real person).
