“wonderful museum”

很喜欢这家博物馆。做得非常好而且孩子们也很喜欢! 历史记录显示非常详细和伤心但它很适合孩子们听到真相。

温暖的春天是个挺悲伤的地方。如果你开车来的社区,你不会看到很多不错的一个划分。博物馆提供了一个很棒的教育多么差的对待社区已基本上第一天的非法移民（白种人）出现了。可怜的故事。博物馆本身有一些非常不错的显示和大量视频。不是很多但是足够添加到工件的历史故事。外面是一个漂亮的步行小径沿着小溪有指示牌。我尤其喜欢这里的岩石化石与叶。

Beautiful Space full of wonderful details and history

This recently built museum provided a great review of the 3 tribes interactions with settlers and the formation of the reservation. Wonderful music and voices on display, with a very charming exhibit featuring children's art. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Great History of Warm Springs Indian Reservation

The museum has an abundance of materials about the reservation on the Columbia River, Piute, and Warm Springs. It has divided the rooms into special categories such as local beading, basket making, utensils, and people. There is a gift shop and an art display.All is very interesting

We have passed this museum many times on our way to Portland and never stopped. We decided to make it a destination for an afternoon drive. It did not disappoint. We were greeted warmly and told how to walk the exhibits. We especially liked how the first video area set the stage for absorbing their history and culture. This museum is a nice balance of artifacts, information and interactive video presentations. My husband usually gets impatient in most museums but he enjoyed this one a lot.

Thank you for visiting and exploring our museum. We are glad that you and your husband enjoyed your visit. Please stop by when you pass through our area again. The changing exhibit gallery has different exhibits through out the year. The next exhibit is The 26th Annual Tribal Member Art Exhibit which opens October 24, and shows until January 11, 2020. Well designed small native museum

My 18 year old son and I really enjoyed the museum. Nice mix of displays and audio and video. Told the stories of three tribes, the Warm Springs, Paiute, and a third tribe in the area.

Worth a stop on your way to Bend.

Real history

This is a very special museum and you will get lost in viewing, listening and interacting with the permanent exhibits. Then stroll into the changing arts gallery to enjoy the temporary exhibit of ( usually) works by lical artists. The gift shop has so many treasures, much of which are made by local artists. In addition there are beautiful Pendleton Wool blankets and bags, great books, Native music, huckleberry candy and coffee. A great way to spend an afternoon by yourself or with friends and family. Kid friendly.

Very educational with great artifacts!

Great place to visit with lots of information about the Paiutes, Wascos, and those on the Warm Springs reservation. They have a wide variety of artifacts that are well explained and provide a narration for most of them as well.

Stopped on the way to Mount Hood from Bend.

We found the Museum at Warm Springs to be an interesting stop on a long road trip thru Oregon.
Very informative on how the reservation came to be, and and the history behind the various Nations and how & why they came to the warm springs area. Exhibits contained many original and priceless artifacts that have been held by the local families over many generations and shared in this 1 location. We stayed about an hour and were impressed with the pride the nations have in this place. PS- This is a beautiful area of the state.

Great history

Loved the museum. Not so big that we lost the teenagers. Would have been nice if all the buttons for self-directed tour worked, but it was a nice walk through history. Thought-provoking and informative.

Il museo è bello e molto curato. Tuttavia non aspettatevi tutta quella storia che ha invece caratterizzato quelle tribù che tutti noi conosciamo bene, tipo i popoli delle grandi pianure o degli altopiani desertici del sud dell'America. Sono tribù minori, pescatori e agricoltori che non hanno avuto un conflitto importante con l'uomo bianco. Comunque interessante e certamente merita una visita.

Touching experience

I was traveling for business and stopped to check out the museum as I am always interested in learning about different tribes and their history. This museum does NOT disappoint! It was a very emotional experience to walk through each exhibit hearing the stories of the tribes. I spent some time taking with an AMAZINGLY knowledgeable and kind staff member Lucinda who gracefully entertained all my questions and comments. It was a wonderful experience and I will be returning again with my family.
