“They Want A Death Certificate If You Die”

Great place for playing slots and having a cold drink. Won some money too! I highly recommend stopping and checking it out

Stopped here on route to La Pine.. Warm Springs very small.. casino clean and had a snack in the restaurant. Very reasonable prices and good food.. played the machines and had a few Black Jack hands.. it was fun!

Great buffet

Normally I avoid Casino buffets at all costs, but we were on a tight schedule and it seemed the fastest. Plus, I saw they had just put out a new pan of baked Salmon and the freshly baked fry bread smell was too much to pass on!
Not much else caught my eye, but looked fresh and well prepared. I made myself a very big salad and put about 3-4 fillets on top of it with a little Thousand Island dressing. Went back for two more pieces of Salmon before treating myself to the fresh Fry bread with some butter and Honey. Doesn't sound like much, but when those items are fresh, you can't beat it! Didn't win anything, but then I only played while I waited for the wife to make a bathroom stop. But that really wasn't the reason I stopped. Its actually a very good spot to stop and take a break between Portland and where ever you're headed on that side of the State. Would stop again!

Go if you want to lose

We are members with a Coyote card and have gone many times to see if we could even begin to win anything back! (ROFLOL!!!!)
Anyway, both my husband and I have NEVER won in this casino, and many times we can't even keep playing, because the machines suck up your money so fast!
I don't really see anyone getting excited over truly winning.
The smoke is so heavy at times that we literally have to leave or become sick. Would be nice to have at least a non smoking section. We DO like the variety of games they have.
The Tully grill is ok if you want a quick snack, but nothing as far as superb food.
There is free coffee and soda on the casino floor you can get, and once in a blue moon someone MIGHT come around and ask if you want something to drink.
Staff are not overly friendly, never have been in the time we have been dropping in, meaning from the time it was built.
The Tully grill people are probably the friendliest.
Also not real impressed by the lack of security.
Bored looking people walking around now and then don't make me feel real safe if we are there later into the night when a lot of riff raff seem to come in. We frequent about 8 other casinos in Oregon and Washington, and they all seem to have great security, which in a casino is a must have.
We have tried the new truck stop with games in it, and the Three Teepees Cafe, and were very happy with it, but not many machines.
It is a non smoking area, which we appreciate.

Mother's Day Brunch

Food in Cottonwood was below average. Dissapointed for Mother's Day offerings. Had to flag staff down just to get coffee. Coffee very bitter. Don't like the brand at all. Expensive for what you get. Staff not very happy about being there. Too bad cause Mom really likes gambling.

Very limited gaming

Mostly older machines and very few tables. A few modern penny slots. Kind of dingy. If you are used to Vegas style casinos you will be disappointed.

Fantastic Fun and Delicious Food

We Stoped On Our way Back from a Celebration of Life My Cousin Had Passed away. This stop Helped Us Relax after a Very Stressful Time. The Food was Amazing We even tried the Indian Fried Bread with Jam "Yummy" The Staff Was Excellent In all the ways Needed to Provide a Very Memorable time. We, Will, Be Back, was a Fun Place to relax.

Always stop for breakfast

When traveling to Central Oregon, I always stop at the casinos Cottonwood Restaurant for breakfast. I usually have the chicken fried steak with toast and hash browns. The steak is like two patties and tender. The toast comes with Huckleberry jam and is so good. Servers and staff are very friendly and the food comes quick and hot.

Very Small Casino

We played in the casino for a couple of hours to escape the heat outside. Not a lot to do here but a nice quick stop and we also enjoyed a tasty sandwich. Staff was very nice and friendly too.

Quick Stop for Food

While driving north to Mt. Hood we decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. Unfortunately, the restaurant had just closed at 8pm so we grabbed some food at the grill (stays open until midnight). Super cheap food! We ordered fish and chips and chicken tenders. The place was clean inside but not big. People were friendly!
