Great 2-3 miles hiking, jogging or walking in nature: Family-friendly! Lots of beautiful wild flowers in all seasons. there's a beautiful small wood with 1-mile trail loop that is a welcome respite for hot days.

I gave it a three for its open trails with very little tree coverage. I didn't get a "I'm in the country" feel like other urban hikes give me. It was busy with bikers, runners and walkers It does have one short area that meanders through some trees and a dirt path that gives that feeling of being in the country. The rest of the park is paved or fine gravel.

I've watched Graham Oaks grow from an empty field or two with a side of woods into a full nature walk. It's got great paths for walking along with lots of flora and fauna. Walk through it to your heart's content ~ only please leave your dog at home. (The only drawback: dogs)

This is a wide open park with lots of grasses surrounding the paths, which are well-spaced out and easy to traverse. There are also several stands of nice specimens of native trees, some for shade in the summer, but mostly evergreens, such as the large, stately Douglas firs. Bring water.

The park has little elevation and meanders through beautiful woods and oak savannas. There are signs along the different trails describing history, flora, and fauna of the area. Since part of it is asphalt it would be good for wheelchairs or bicycles. There are benches along the trails, restrooms, picnic tables and an acorn designed for small children to play on.

This park is PHENOMENAL!! We ventured out on al these amazing trails. There were so many new plants to see and the Fir trees were spectacular. The blackberries were all in season!! Hidden mini parks throughout the area were great resting spots for our grand kids, 8, 6, & 4. Some parks had equipment made from trees in the area while some were climbing rocks, slides and jungle gyms.

We walked all over the park taking in the native flora and fauna. Saw a mouse and where other animals had bedded down. Walked all the way to the school so the kids could play on the playground. There were grapes growing on the fence. Both paved and gravel paths to make walking easy.

Awesome place to walk and bird watch ! As a resident of Villebois I feel so fortunate to have this park basically as a backyard. Whether you want to walk or bike this is a beautiful place year round .

Graham Oaks was Metro land that was set aside to be enjoyed by people and animals, alike! You can walk through the woods, along the creek in old growth areas and in more recently planted vegetation. After a hard day/week at work, having a beautiful nature area to walk in every season. Simply stunning!

Graham Oaks is a 230 acre nature park being restored to an oak scrubland. Most of the oak trees are 8-10 ft tall. There is a paved, winding trail crossing the park fro south to north. Bicycles and leashed pets are allowed but must stay on the paved trail. There is an unpaved side trail that meanders through a tall conifer grove before coming into the scrubland. Deer and coyotes are the most common large mammals although this summer (2017) a cougar was seen. A large number and variety of birds can be seen. The park is free. There is a small parking lot at the south entry. The north entry parking is on residential streets in the Villebois neighborhood. This park is a popular walking and jogging spot.
