Were at the hotel in 2022, returned in August 2024, surprised at how the quality of service deteriorated. The first, and perhaps the most unsuccessful, queue for an hour-long check-in, which began in the street, in 30 degrees heat, lunch until 4:00 p.m., most people could not keep up, delayed the buffet for 15 minutes, there were already leftovers of "tired" food. Checked in at 16 (and should have at 14), the place (paid for) was still not ready, several times reminded. The coffee machines are ugly dirty, most of the time didn't work at all, ran out of cocoa chocolate (and all the kids in the hotel drink it) said will be brought in a few days. In the restaurant, where the buffet was flowing from the ceiling and a wet cloth was constantly lying on the floor, one of the tables was flooded, and there were not always enough seats, the dishes would sometimes come across smudged and fat, terrible aluminum cutlery. It's frustrating not having large mugs, you don't want to drink tea from a 200ml cup. The floor in the buffet and bar area is awfully sticky, dragging everything on your slippers across all the already not-so-clean carpets. Air conditioning worked, shower dirty, mold in places, sticky, smudged mixer handles, very old plumbing, iron-flavored water even in the cooler. Linens smell like a train. Hives of some insects in the corners of many windows. Everywhere there's some repair work in season. The shock was the beach playground, which became a fee. Despite all the shortcomings managed to rest, the water park pleased, the grounds are lovely, would still be fixed in time, part is rewinded with tape. Matryoshek's staff try very hard, well done, because there's a lot of people, it's hard to keep up. Animators in gaming are great, they have special thanks. Sail's restaurant also had great evenings.

Disgusting hotel! The plates don't match the photo from the word at all. Repairs (even cosmetic repairs) have not been done since opening, and this for a moment over 10 years. Room furniture is cheap and chewed in many places! And the cherry on the cake! After we told the receptionist that the room was in unsatisfactory condition and we decided not to check in, we were politely asked (at least it is happy) to write a claim and vacate the room with the promise of a refund. But alas, after a month and a half of waiting, after repeated reminders, a reply came from one of the operating directors of the institution Bobiak V.V. - that we should "walk the forest" with our claim and no money should be waited for, as in a cunning contract it is stipulated that we had to give them 72 hours notice of the unwillingness to settle. And about the ripped-up walls and the chewed-up and rubbed furniture, the mold in the bathroom explained that this is our subjective opinion and it means nothing. I do not advise anyone to this charaga, throw money to the wind and you will "enjoy" tortured interiors.

A huge area that has everything for a full holiday.
Lake - 5 km, arranged clean beach, sun loungers, entertainment programs, rental of boats, saps, catamarans.
Park with rides and playgrounds for all ages. The damn wheel that runs until tonight - the booths are new, the views are beautiful.
Rope park.
Tyre.
Bicycle rental.
The water park will leave satisfied adults and children alike. Especially the cool lazy river. The bath complex is a separate type of pleasure. New, clean, spacious and for every taste: Russian, Finnish, herbal, hammam. There's a salt room and a snow generator. Contrasting foot baths are also a very nice topic.
Spa treatments. The equipment is new, the cosmetics are good, the result is felt. Masters Valentine, Larissa, Diana - amazing, golden hands, two hours of pure high. Massage to Salim, he feels with his hands.
Food - buffet, variety, food fresh, delicious.
The restaurant "Sail" - good cuisine, wonderful staff, entertainment program, karaoke.

Visited this place on July 10-11, and in principle everything would be fine, but(!) On the 11th of the morning, the lights were switched off in your complex, wanted to visit the water park as a family, the employees marinated the visitors for a long time, then wait for the lights for an hour +-, then we are all provided with a beach waiting for a miracle, but the miracle never happened, in the end, we, like many others, wrote a statement for a refund, we were promised to contact, write, call, but none of this followed, I wrote, called, only one message that will inform "the appropriate unit", a month passed and nothing, the administration does not, just the operators.

We liked it)))) a place right to relax with the children. Very Cool playground , where there is everything for every taste - trampolines, lassals, Ferris wheel, swing , tarzanka, etc. With one word of a child there is something to do. The main building itself has a very decent playroom where you can leave your child. There's also the ocean, we haven't been there, we haven't had time, but also children's entertainment. The water park itself left a double impression. The area for children is very large, many slides , large swimming pool, but the water turned out in almost all pools quite cold , on the second floor near the children's area , blowing hard, as if the window was open. It made me uncomfortable. On the ground floor there are also many slides for adults, a small gentle swimming pool and a very beautiful swimming pool - a river with a cave call. The water was warmest there. And the room itself is quite cold, which is not the case in the changing rooms. Ooh very narrow passages between lockers , hot, stuffy, naturally crowded. This area is not well thought out, with children is terribly uncomfortable, space is very small, if one adult sat on the bench, then only a child can be seated next to it, an adult will not fit.
The hotel rooms are nice, there are minor nuances, but in my opinion, nothing. The buffet restaurant doesn't have a huge selection, but everything is delicious, you can't go hungry.

Our daughters finished the school year with an A again. Decided to congratulate them with a water park:) They chose simply by Yandex cards, in transportation accessibility (electric "Zhukovsky-Ryazan" + taxi), and the fact that "Okskaya Pearl" is cool was found out by accident. Just in answer to the question, where are you going to rest, I heard: "Oh, well done!" Let's see...
"Okskaya Pearl" is our first holiday experience in a resort in Russia. Not disappointed :) Our room in the apartment hotel - three isolated areas: double bed-nightstand-TV-air conditioning, convertible sofa-table-dresser-TV-air conditioning and convertible sofa-kitchen-bar-tv (yes, three TVs :) and, all of this, two closets for clothes in the spacious hallway, huge, full wall, mirror and bathroom. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, tableware and kitchen, and spoons/forks/knives/chefs, respectively. Bathroom shampoos/gels/towels/hairdryers and (oh, happiness!) hygienic showers. Anyway, communal paradise :), really didn't want to leave the room. But we should... Let's go explore. At first it seemed impossible to get around in a week: two restaurants, bars, a well-maintained beach, "little Europe", an amusement park, a manga area and paths in different directions:) What a water park, of course!
We had an all-inclusive rate without breakfast. I.e. you can do anything, and not even get up early :).
Lunch-dinner - Mothers buffet: very delicious and a large selection of dishes (fish/meat/garnishes/salads/vegetables/fruit) and drinks. I haven't seen empty plates and disgruntled faces in holidaymakers all the time :). And you can come anytime just for tea or coffee ;)
You can go to the Sail for a change, with advance reservations. Well, it's The Restaurant! Crazy delicious! The choice of dishes isn't much, but the serving is something, fairy! And it's also very interesting ;)
In the amusement park you can also "hang out": Ferris wheel, swing, lasagna, gym, rope parks and laser animation "Oceania" (amazing place!). Input-output in our unlimited rate :).
The only thing if you want yogurt/candy/something else is the nearest store 4 km from the resort. At the "Shop" in the territory the range is already very limited.
In the water park everyone will find entertainment by age, health and mood! 6 adult slides, loads of kids, swimming pools, baths, cafes. On the slide I was scared, my everything is a lazy river and a calm pool :) We could enter the water park for free twice a day, but once a day for 2-3 hours was enough!
A lot of walking around the grounds, riding bikes (there is rental). There were plans to use a mangal with a gazebo, but... so entertained that neither the moral nor the physical strength for this event :)
The main point I'm making is that any recreation is "created" by people. Thank you very much to all the resort staff! The benevolent smiles of the "first persons" - receptions of hotels and water park, alertness and care of the employees of restaurants and bars, the animators, the vigilance of the instructors of the water park (they really work, I have seen: both adult uncles are not allowed on the children's slide, and the rules are not allowed to be broken, and will morally support those who for the first time are going down the slide ;) - Well done!)
Special thanks to the maids, that's who will come to your rescue any minute!
All in all, our week-long vacation was rich, comfortable and certainly unforgettable! And probably the best review would be my kids saying, "Mom, why don't we come here again?!"

My family and I went for a walk every weekend!!! Yesterday we attended the festival and took part in the competition! Won wild!!! The children were very happy!!! In the end, we came to pick it up and were given a key fob(((Everyone was very upset! It was insulting and not pleasant! I don’t think we’ll come to this place again!

The second is additional expenses for the bath complex, in the amount of 1000 per person. That is, the prices for the water park remained the same, but the sauna became a plus, cool! Now there is no place to warm up and dry off after the pool, in general it’s some kind of redneck.
The next thing I didn’t like was the inability to ride a bun on a lazy river, why? Who came up with this idea!? Now either by swimming or on foot, everything is for people.
And as for the food, in catering places it’s not tasty, for example, burritos are served without sauce, and in addition there is sour cream in the bowl, in a Mexican dish and sour cream 😄, also the employees do not know what is included in their dishes and drinks, they only liked the pancakes, here they are very tasty

Есть игровая в отеле, но там нужно быть с ребенком. Детское меню в ресторане Матрёшки есть, но на мой взгляд можно брать осторожно только салаты. Остальное как-то не очень. И вообще в этом ресторане нам не понравилось. На территории есть детская площадка, рядом с колесом обозрения. В аквапарке шикарная детская зона.
