This is a truly great market. Great prices on meats, cold cuts, baking ingredients, snacks and spices. The selection is always fresh and the staff is always very helpful.

I was double charged and had to go through my bank to get my money back. Owner brushed me off and did not want to give my money back even though he stated he would make it right. Will not be patronizing this establishment anymore.

I've been shopping here a long time. During the harvest season, they sell Lancaster County fruit and vegetables. They are also outstanding for their "bulk" foods, that is, basic items in simple packaging. I can never resist buying a local cookbook or two. In the late summer and fall their apple cider is outstanding. Not open Sundays. Visitors and locals all shop here. If you have kids or grandchildren, take them to see the bee hive and take home some artisan honey.

We enjoyed seeing the bee hive. Bought pint jars of excellent jam for $5. Although a smaller market, it had lots of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fresh meat. Lots of packaged items also.

I have been coming to Kauffmans for years when visting the Lancaster area. They always have a variety of farm fresh fruits and vegetables. In the spring its fresh strawberries. In summer juicy peaches. And in autumn a variety of delicious apples! I always come for my Winesap apples in the fall. This cute little supermarket also carries a huge variety of fresh herbs and spices, homemade peanut butter, and an assortment of chocolates, nuts, and other yummy snacks. The folks who run the store are always so friendly and helpful. Last autumn, the lines were super long and the management apologized by giving everyone a container of free cider! (Which was delicious by the way!) As you stroll through the aisles, don’t forget to check out the honey bees! They are pretty cool to watch! Oh and did I mention the prices are great?! Trust me you’ll love this place! 🙂

My family always makes this our last stop before we leave the area. Some members of my family love their apple cider. They also sell fruits and vegetables. Homemade peanut butter along with items for cooking and baking. They also have a nice deli. Can get busy at times with visitors to the area as well as locals including the Amish. There is a section for the Amish to park their horse and buggies so please be courteous and do not park there,

they had upick apples across the street from the market. Not many people were there when we went so it was a very tranquil experience.

We always stop at Kauffman's before going home...we get fruits, veggies, noodles and their honey, to mention a few things...We stay right down the road at the Amish View Inn, which is the best hotel in the area!

This market contains typical groceries, but what makes it special is the eclectic selection of products for baking, nuts, flavorings, freshly ground peanut butters, honey, various whole grains, and unusual snack foods such as Indian spiced “Chex Mix”

Nice little grocery store. They offer the basic Staples, but the fruits and vegetables are the real hidden gems. They offer deli and some basic meats, plus other Amish goods. I'd add it to my list of stops.
