The HCAC offers the schools and community organizations with opportunities to interact and learn about various forms of art and the artisans who make them. There are many displays, performances, and talks that will broaden anyone's interest in the kind of art that piques one's interest. It's a good resource for all, including visitors and schools.

The is orgaanzation does a good of bring different types of art to the area. A small gallery features a local artists each month and various workshop are available during the year.
