Dear Shirley, You purchased a bathing suit from our store and tried to return it two days later after you had worn it in a heavily chlorinated pool. All of the white parts of the suit had turn green from chlorine and the bottom and seams were caked with dirt. When you came into our store on your first visit to try and return the suit, there were THREE CB employees who attended to you - two store staff and our house maid. You became very aggressive with all 3 of them and threatened physical violence towards our maid. Two days later you returned to our store to again for a second attempt to return your worn suit and again harassed our employees. Knowing of your story from the previous day's visit and witnessing your harassment of my employees first hand, I personally came out and asked you to leave the premises or we would have to call the police. We do not allow physical violence towards our employees. We do not allow verbal abuse of our employees. And we do not allow returns or worn and dirtied merchandise damaged by the user. It is unfortunate that you do not understand this. We do ask that you please not return to our store. Thank you.
