Visited after seeing it recommended on a classic car Facebook site. Loads of classics from the 1930s right through to mid 1990s. The place was spotless, volunteers really helpful and informative and it has all my favorite British Leyland stuff. All in all a great museum!

Popped in for a coffee whilst driver training. Loved the 'NEW' museum and the staff so returned Sunday fr a visit.

This is a surprisingly large museum with a great collection of classic and vintage cares. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely return again.

I had a great few hours wandering around the buildings. I found all the volunteers to be very friendly and passionate about the vehicles, motor bikes and displays.

I took my severely sight impaired husband to the Atwell Wilson museum for his birthday. I made contact with the team in advance and they really pulled out all the stops to give him a great experience. The tour guide was fabulous and very knowledgeable.
The team that run the museum clearly do really care about giving a great experience to all visitors.
This is a great small museum with a really good selection of classic cars, motorbikes and automotive memorabilia.
There was also a cafe area with a good selection of drinks and snacks.
Thank you to the team!

I only discovered the existence of this place this year, it certainly doesn't get the publicity of the larger museums but it's a great collection that's bigger than you might expect.
It's based in a residential area, a throwback from it's roots as a private collection. When you arrive, you drive past a bungalow to the car park with the museum buildings behind.
The entrance is in the main largest building and then there are further buildings either side, all accessed internally. The collection concentrates on the sorts of cars you'd find on the roads of the UK but also features some other interesting cars from around the world, some are cars you won't find anywhere else. There are also a few commercial vehicles and quite a big collection of motorbikes and other two wheeled machines. They also have a decent sized model collection.
Some of the more luxurious cars can be rented out for weddings.
The volunteer staff are friendly and helpful and it's a great place to spend time if you have any kind of interest in cars and road transport. I would recommend a visit.

Small museum with good eclectic motoring memorabilia and vehicles with ample parking and no need to book, I thought it was very interesting especially all the hand built model Lorries

Lovely visit to this collection of vehicles. We thoroughly enjoyed looking at all the vehicles & models which are very well exhibited. Great model vehicles too. Staff are very friendly & welcoming.

Very interesting Museum, if you like old cars, there are also a few old motorbikes and some displays of model cars and trucks.
Its not a large museum, but its takes according to your interests about an hour to two to go round. The staff are all volunteers and are very friendly and helpful.
There are a few refreshments available too, clean toilets.

Easy to find museum. Friendly welcome. Great collection of cars in good condition. Nicely presented. A manageable building. Refreshments available on site.
