Wonderful! Lots to see and happy animals too. Range of animals was verging on a mini zoo, not just some farm animals!

Had a few nights stay next to Heathrow so looked for something to do for an hour or so, upon arrival the farm looked very run down and miserable and we almost didn't bother to venture inside, went inside and got some lunch in the cafe where the farm cat, Carol and the cheese and ham panini were the highlights of the trip. Animal enclosures not up to much, goat pens had loose bent wires which are a danger to guests and animals and the parrots were freezing cold and shivering with what looked like not a lot if any shelter for them. Duck enclousre (and many of the others) were a mudbath. Got to hold a few of the reptiles which was nice but the place leaves a lot to be desired.

Really enjoyed a day here animals seemed so happy lovely friendliness from staff I told them I loved pigs they took me to feed them , great value for money Thank you for making a 44 year old smile so much

Came today last minute before heading back up north. It has been brilliant.
It reminds me of a proper farm. Lots of animals to see and feed goats, sheep, alpacas. There's donkeys, pigs and lots of birds.
The play area is very traditional, my little boy loved it, climbing and jumping, running and playing.
We went to the small animal encounter where my little boy got to hold some insects and reptiles, the staff are very knowledgeable and made it a fun safe place for us to get up close and personal with the animals!

A cute little farm. Horses, sheep, goats, tortoises, rabbits etc and even axelotyl. I lost a bet to my daughters as I thought they don't exist but they really do and now I've seen them.
There's a little cafe and sometimes a burger van and a great gift shop. You can feed the animals too which is sweet.

I visited yesterday with my daughter and two small grandchildren. We all had a great time. The kids were able to run around safely and loved feeding the sheep and goats. They loved the playground too. All the staff were friendly especially the lady who served us in the cafe , I think her name was Alice, nothing was too much bother for her. We will definitely visit again soon.

Urban Farm came to visit our reception and Nursery classes. The animal experts were kind and so friendly with the children. They shared amazing facts and the hands on experiences of the children with the animals will be remembered for a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended the Urban farm for a roadshow visit to your school.

Hounslow Urban Farm is a nice play to have a fun morning for all the family. You can see the farm animals and even pet some of them. There is also a playground for the kids and two bouncing castles for extra fun. Decent parking space and easily accessible by public transportation.

Purchased some tickets when they were planning to reopen after lockdown easing, sadly it never happened. I havent even been emailed that the place is still closed; we found out once in front of the gate with purely disappointed kids. Till now Im keep on being ignored to get my money back. Every time Im trying to contact them I get a reply they will get back to me asap. And its been like that for 4 months already. If they will ever reopen we defo wont go there anymore. Its not a big amount of money though, but a big shame how they treat customers. We have been there before many times, happy to support local buisness; it looks like the place got locked for good however they still fail to update their customers and supporters.

How terrible is the on site Cafe? Oh wait, I know... overpriced and poor service. Waited 30 minutes for 2 ham cheese sandwiches.

I went and inquired where was our items, twice. The rest of the people on inside were gone. I saw the girl throw two pieces of bread into their toaster, as if she forgot. Came back 5 minutes later to inquire and was met with hostility.
Rather than have spit in my food, I just told them then can keep my money as I don't want the food.
never again will i be back there.
