For years there have been Road Advertising Campaigns in regard to Stop, Revive and Survive, have a rest from driving every 2 hours. A lot of money spent but not certain if it worked or not.
& here we are 2 1/2 hours from Tamworth we get out, have a walk around looking at the delightful artwork painted on a Silo
They’re saving vehicle accidents as a Bi-product.
Well Done!

Excellent works, even the outdoor dunny did not miss out.

This is a very impressive example of silo art. The location is ideal - on the main street with no distractions around it - and the main subjects of the work - Winx and Hugh Bowman (a Dunedoo local) are now iconic Aussie heroes. It's well worth planning a stop in Dunedoo to see the artworks and enjoy refreshment.

L'emblème de Dunedoo, ce silo est à ne surtout pas rater! A côté d'une aire de jeux pour enfants, il est bien placé et vous aurez peut-être l'occasion d'y voir un camion de bétail faire une pause.

Needing a spot to eat our lunch, we found a lovely little grassy park with picnic tables right beside the railway and silo art in Dunedoo.
The park also has some nice metal bird sculptures to admire.

If you drive the Silo Art Trail, this one is an enjoyable stop, but nothing close to others for size and quality. Its a simple horse racing theme, worth a stretch, but not to go out of your way for.
