It’s a National Park so you can’t take your dog unfortunately. If you have time or want somewhere close by to run and swim your dog, google Iron Bark road. It’s not far from the Falls and your dog will love it. Oh and maybe take a little pot of salt to either place as there are leech’s in these wet bushy environments;)

Although the weather is good now we have had lots of rain. I would definitely say it would be a good time to go. Put on good shoes and pack a picnic. If you would like a bit of fun and exercise take the track to the bottom of the falls. It will be worth it. These are not huge falls but they are beautiful and lovely to photograph. In the heat this weekend, it would be a nice retreat.

Today, it is raining. We have had some good rain in the past two days so, it should be a lovely time to go. Enjoy the visit.

Hello there...I see there r a few people who hav answered but I will say to the actual picnic area which u can dine r at the top of the falls n there r no steps to sit n eat unless u start to venture down the falls.u will b greeted by bush turkeys which puts a little joy into ur eating experience 😜

I done it on crutches that was a challenge it's worth it the bottom one a little steep and narrow walk way

There is a bus from Wyoming to Gosford, then another bus to Somersby Falls. Then you have a walking distance. Contact the Red Bus Service as they are the our local bus service provider. Alternatively, a taxi.
