To be honest, the only reason I stopped here was to take a photo to update for TripAdvisor... it was listed but without a photo. I am pleased I went here because nearby there are old sewerage treatment works ... whilst that doesn't sound appealing ... it was interesting. To find the sewerage treatment works, they are opposite the skate park on a dirt road, behind a fence for safety.
As for the skate park... when I was there it was being used by a group of kids on BMX's who were really polite, they rode over and said hello.
The area is in a nature reserve, so the road in is dirt... if you are dropping kids off you need to be careful. And as it's a nature reserve... all Australian wildlife will be present so respect needs to be given as necessary.
