BUYER BEWARE I was sold two pairs of faulty shoes after spending hundreds of dollars in this shop. Tried to swap them 15 minutes later and was denied an exchange as apparently they had signs of wear. Total theft. Apparently they have a reputation in the area for poor customer service.

excellent range of designs and rip curl watches a store you can trust bto do the right thing. They offer lay buy and have a great range of all kinds at both Nowra and huskisson

This store has been in the local area for as long as I can remember. Its a huge store with a huge variety of clothes and shoes. They even have an upstairs discount shop great place to get a bargain.

The team at Aquatique (both Junction Street and Stockland stores) are fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble and they are always so obliging and helpful :-)

Huge variety of surf wear. Mens, women and kids.... all current styles. Reduced items upstairs. Good customer service.

If it were not for Aquatique I would have to travel considerable distances to dress my kids. I have bought tons of stuff here, and have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. In fact, they have gone out of their way several times to bring in articles from their Husky store, ensuring us that there was no obligation to purchase if the article was not to our liking. The staff are all friendly and down to earth and not in the least condescending as some surf shop assistants can (strangely) be.

Without going into a long winded tale of woe about this mornings pitiful customer service (or rather, lack thereof) experience at the Junction Street store, let me just offer some advice:
*Customers are the lifeblood of a retail business - please do them the courtesy of acknowledging their presence.
*If I'm asking for a specific item it's because I want to buy it (this means I want to hand over my hard earned cash) - as a sales assistant I'm under the impression that you want to help me do this.
*When I'm standing in front of you waiting for you to enquire about stock availability at your other store, you might focus on me, the customer, rather than launch into a discussion with your colleague on the phone about whether you are getting sick or not.
Please, please, please lift your game! Spending my money in your store should make me feel good - that's what customer service is about and that's what will keep me coming back. I sincerely hope you can address these concerns.
