Yamba is not short of beautiful beaches. It seems like there is a beach to suit everyone.
Pippi Beach is a wonderfully long beach, with a seemingly endless stretch of golden white sand. It’s the best beach in Yamba for long, beautiful, barefoot walks along the water’s edge.
This is a classic Australian surf beach, with crashing waves. It attracts surfers and fishermen but it is worth noting that there are no lifeguards here outside of school holidays and few facilities (one toilet block) so families might prefer Main Beach instead.

A great beach, quite safe but always be careful at any beach. Loved the squeaky sand and good for swimming. While we were there we saw, swimmers, surfers and kite surfers. Always felt safe and secure, very clean.

Great swimming in the morning during high tide, the water was clear and blue. At low tide though the water became brown and the surf more wild and choppy, but still a snice swim. Even in September the water was warm enough to not need a wetsuit. We also saw a pod of dolphins,

Perfect beach for an early morning walk - about 15mins between each rock platform . Off-leash for dogs. Beach was always clean and waves pumping.

The walk from Angourie to Yamba is lovely along the road hit significantly better along the beaches that line this lovely coast.
Pippi is a fantastic stretch of sand that was a daily pleasurable morning walk.
It’s amazing how relaxing the ocean, rising sun and lack of other people can be!

what a great place to go for a swim, great for kids ,there are life savers on stand by ,a really nice caff there good coffee and breakfast

Good place to surf and swim . Usually dolphins about . Plenty on space on the beach to go around. Gets a bit busier in the holidays
