Exceptional visitor center with interactive exhibits. Beautiful scenery. If you haven't been here since the visitor center opened, it's time to go back.

We were in the area and decided to check this place out. Visitor center is very well done! Great exhibits and very informative. We walked out on the bridge and took another walk to get another views of the bridge. Definitely worth a visit!

Terrified of heights but managed to venture to platform with partners help! Beautiful view and excellent center with all the onfo. Had other short hikes for views of the valley and the bridge.

Great state park nice trails, good for bikes. The activities in the visitors center are well laid out and full of interesting facts. Great view on the valley below.

This is a must do for anyone visiting the Pennsylvania Wilds. It’s absolutely breathtaking to see in person. The visitor’s center is very fun and engaging, too!

Amazing and unique place, and free. We spent about 2 hours there, going on the bridge and walking down to the bottom of the bridge. There are other trails and things we did not do. Nice bathrooms/visitor center. Lots of parking. Just a great day trip if you want one. About 15-20 min away from the nearest town that you can find something to eat, although the one place we went to was seasonal, so we just drove on. There is a food truck in the parking lot but it was not open. Not sure if that is seasonal also. We drove an hour to get here. I think it was worth that. I would have driven 2 or 3 hours. A great memory.

300 feet high and more than 2,000 feet long, this is very impressive to see firsthand: the fact that it was originally built of iron in 1882 (in only 94 days!), then rebuilt of steel in 1900, carried freight trains until 1959 ...and passenger excursion trains until 2002. It was toppled by a tornado in 2003 -- simply because the original iron anchor bolts holding the whole thing to its concrete support piers had weakened. The twisted wreckage was left in place, and the remaining 600-700 ft. length was ...after modern strengthening... turned into a pedestrian skywalk & overlook. What a walk! What a VIEW!!

This is how you make lemonade out of lemons. They have turned a colossal engineering failure into a great tourist attraction. The view of Kinzua Gorge at the end of the walkway on the remaining support towers is simply spectacular. If you can time your visit to coincide with fall foliage it is even better. We visited in early October and the hillsides were turned into carpets of red, orange, and yellow. Looking down over the railings, you can see the treetops in various shades of fall color. The view from the visitor center of the walkway jutting out into the gorge was incredible too. A few caveats: The partial glass platform at the end of the walkway was hard to see through because of reflection and the surface was scratched. Parking coud be a problem if it is crowded. When we visited the parking lots were full with late comers having to park their cars along the ditches leading to the park.

This place is AMAZING! Just to think about the engineering genius that designed this bridge, and the strength of mother nature to take it down. This place is REALLY worth checking out!

Skywalk was so cool! Trail down to under the sky walk is hard but really worth it. Lots of pics! Cool and faint when we were there but still very enjoyable. Visitor Center exhibits were super interesting.

There are handicap spots and the sidewalk down to the bridge is a ramp. I saw nothing really that would prevent a person from going onto the bridge.

The trail that we walked, took us about 45 minutes. It's going to depend on how long you stay and look around the ruins at the bottom of the skywalk. We did not take the other trail. We didn't know the area and didn't want to wonder off the trail most used.

My husband and i are thinking of traveling to see the bridge. With the winds, will the bridge be opened April 17th, 2018. Are you handicapped accessible, I use a walker!

Planning on taking a day trip up to see this with my family. What else is worth seeing while there? Hopefully something within an hour or two drive from the bridge.

Kinzua dam is pretty impressive. Several wineries and an orchard. For kids I believe there is a fun park. Also look for Sasquatch huts in the woods. The locals can direct you to those.
