What a wonderful theater! Large and spacious. Friendly staff. Impressive food and beverage options, including a bar & bubble tea bar!

A lot of complete idiots are complaining about reserved seating. Reveserved seating is FANTASTIC. I go to the movies all the time and it's so much better now that you don't have to worry about getting stuck in a terrible front row seat. I buy my tickets weeks in advance for big movies and always get the seats I want.
WAKE UP PEOPLE!! I remember the dark ages when seating wasn't assigned and you had to get to the theater way early for big releases and still often got stuck with crap seats.
Assigned seating for the win!

Pros:
Everything is new and state of art. Clean, spacious, and designed with Covid safety in mind.
A ton of food selections in the area and a lot of options in the theater including a Bar and Smoothie post.
Also has an arcade room and 4DX, IMAX, RPX, and ScreenX theaters.
Cons:
Far outside the city (30 mins) although every restaurant is outside and in the area.
IMAX is behind King Of Prussia. KOP screen is 51x71 ft while this is 27x52ft. Neshaminy is 32x60ft.
Verdict: Nice!!!
Theater was updated during the pandemic time when everything was closed. This is now the best theater in the Philly region hands down.
Watched movie in 4DX which was great experience. Combining all the factors of comfort, cleanliness, safety, accessibility, location, screen, sound, food and restaurants this is the go to theater.
Highly recommend watching movie in 4DX. Similar to indoor Amusement park type ride while watching a movie screen. Fun.

We experienced the most modern and sophisticated cinema. The entrance was beautiful and clean. It had several vendors for food and drinks. The theater was clean and the screen was so large. The sound system was perfect. The movie was perfect.

The theater did look flashy and very nice but there were quite a few things wrong with our experience. First, every other time I've been in this theater the seats are the ones that go all the way back and these just did a little bit of rocking. It was not comfortable and it was a long movie. When I went to the ladies room there was no toilet paper and had to keep changing stalls until I found one that had toilet paper. And thirdly, the movie theater was very very cold. I'm hardly ever cold and I was almost shivering in my winter coat and scarf. Clean up your act, Regal Warrington!

So clean. Employees were nice. Theater was very clean and looked brand-new. I loved the COVID precautions.

As a senior citizens, the convenient early show times and ample seating..It would be nice if there was a senior show time discount. A chance to get away and enjoy life.....Hope you are doing the same.......

I wasn’t aware that there was assigned seats in a movie theater that I go to regularly for years. I purchased the tickets weeks before online. Got to the movie 45 mins early and I was asked to movie. The manager was vile. Regal either makes sure everyone is in their purchased seat or they need to abandon this all together.

Has the recliner chairs I like. With any big cinema alot of movies to pick from but crowded. It’s great if you live nearby.
