I can't begin to even tell you how wonderful this company is. When my dad lost his phone a few weeks ago at a nearby restaurant this company went above and beyond to help him find it. Not only did they drive him to get it my mom and I got a carriage ride of beautiful Greenville! Treat yourself and meet this wonderful couple and beautiful horses!

It was an awesome tour to take over the Christmas Holidays! Our driver and guide, Michael, was very knowledgable about the local history and we even learned a little about a previous South Carolina Governor, Carol Campbell. Good time and worth the ride, giddy-up!

We drove up from Charleston to get away from the tropical storm set to hit the Charleston area. We were checking out the downtown Greenville area when we saw the carriage tour, with the decent pricing on the tour we decided to do it. It was my boyfriend, my 1 year old daughter and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. The gentlemen was prior military and was extremely nice and helpful. It was a great carriage ride! A must do!

Took a ride through Greenville. It's amazing what you can see riding slow. Everyone should try it. The tour rides are Friday and Saturday nights.

We happened to find this carriage company as we were strolling in downtown. They couldn't get us in immediately however we made reservations for 2 hours later. They even called and moved us up 30 mins due to an earlier cancellation. The night time ride was beautiful, the guide was knowledgeable - he just got to talking to us about what we did and stopped talking about the town. That's the reason for the 4 vs 5. Everything else was perfect!

I was in town for a business trip and my husband tagged along. While strolling down Main Street deciding where to enjoy dinner, we were greeted by Michael who is friendly and charming. He welcomed us aboard and suggested a tour of downtown as we decided where to have dinner. I was ecstatic and could not wait to enjoy a ride in a horse drawn carriage...how romantic. Michael even took our photos with the sweet horse Bonnie and indluged me in taking photos of us in the carriage as well! Our tour was wonderful, he shared a bit of history of the area, made wonderful restaurant recommendations, and was extremely personable. Our ride was right at sunset which was beautiful! I would highly recommend Michael and the carriage company to anyone planning a memorable date!

A very nice ride in Greenville. The horse, Luke, did a good job on the rather humid evening. The driver was entertaining and charming!

We made reservations a couple weeks ahead for a Saturday evening carriage ride. We also told that because of the heat that Greenville had been experiences that there was a chance that the ride could be cancelled because of the well being of the horse. We
Were again contacted on Saturday afternoon that the carriage ride would take place and I did appreciate them baring honest and keeping me informed in advance of the situation. We left right on time from the spotty that was giving us to meet and what an enjoyable ride. We learned so much about the town but also had some quiet time to take in the city. The ride was 30 minutes long and that was enough time to ride up and down Main Street once. Worth the time and the money!!

I took my grandchildren on a ride this weekend. It was very easy to book the reservation and the ride was absolutely wonderful. My grandchildren LOVED the horse LUKE! Thank you, Mr. Michael for a grand ride of Greenville. And my grandchildren learned something about the history of Greenville as well!!!! Thank you! We will definitely ride again soon!!!

I reserved a ride for my wife's birthday 3 weeks in advance. When I called 3 days before to confirm, they said my reservation was for the day after the one I had reserved, which I know I wouldn't have agreed to because we had other plans. They told me they'd try to get me another ride and call me the day of at 1:30 to let me know if they could fit me in, but didn't call me back or answer my calls until 4:00. No apology, no trying to make up for or even admitting a mistake was made.

I am sorry about your wife's birthday ride. Your ride was scheduled by phone on Dec 4 for Dec 11 at 6pm. Only until you emailed us to ask about your ride, did we both know we had not scheduled it on the day you wanted it. Undoubtedly, we scheduled it on the day after your wife's birthday. We did try and see if we could put you on the day you wanted - Dec 10th, but they were already completely booked as December rides go very quickly and we had nothing to offer. We waited until the afternoon to return your call as we confirm rides after 1pm to make sure the weather is permissible for the horses to run in the evening. We did wait longer than typical due to 1 customer was unsure if his parents were going to make it into town to meet his confirmed time and we were going to offer his ride to you if he cancelled. As soon as we knew it would not work out, we did call you. Again, sorry if you felt it was a delayed response. We did offer you to keep your ride on the 11th, but you declined.
Human error played the part of scheduling your ride on the wrong day, but again we were unaware of this. But again, we had no idea that was not the day you wanted. We simply took the date down wrong when making your reservation. Nonetheless, this does not take away the heartache that you felt not being able to offer your wife a carriage ride. Even though it did happen, it was not intentional only accidental. We will strive to do better. Please accept our apologies.
Hopefully, you will call us again. If you call, ask for the manager, and I personally will be glad to schedule your ride!
