Hi Brenda, Our reservations team got back to you very quickly and you are all set with the tour you requested. We apologize, but from time to time the phones get very busy. We always return your call as quickly as possible, usually within 30 minutes. Some trips cannot be booked online if they have not met their minimum passenger count. We have a chat system on our website that is always monitored and responded to as well a direct email link. On September 13, because of the tides we offer our 3-Hour "Vanishing Island Expedition" at 4:30pm, and that tour will encompass the sunset as well. On September 14, we offer our Sunset Dolphin Cruise at 6:00pm for two hours. We are not allowed by TripAdvisor to provide links within this system. Hello Rachel, Thanks for contacting Island Explorer We strongly suggest our 1-Hour Dolphin & Nature Tour for families with younger children, but they are welcomed on any tour that you think you would enjoy as a family. We offer early morning cruises that are cooler and calmer than the middle of the day, so take a look at those, as they may be more appropriate for the little ones. We have US Coast Guard certified Type 1 Life Vests for all guests aboard all of our boats in sizes for both adults and children. By law, children 12 and under in South Carolina waters are required to wear a life vest at all times, and we provide comfortable life vests in sizes from infant to 90 pounds. We have found that some parents prefer to buy in advance special infant life vests for their children to make them more comfortable by having something familiar that belongs to them. Hello, During the last week of April our "Vanishing Island" Expedition goes out at times between 11am and 2pm. Because our tours go in harmony with the tides, the time of the trip changes each day. You can see all of the tour information and schedule on our web page. There is a link here on TripAdvisor, or you can do an internet search (links are not allowed in these responses). Because we get out of the boat and wade in shallow water to get on the beach, we recommend wearing bathing suits. Hello Heather, We see dolphins on virtually every cruise. Our unique 3-Hour "Vanishing Island" Expedition is our most popular cruise and usually very popular with teens. But any of our 2-Hour Tours will be a great family experience.
