My sister, 7 year-old niece and I went on a guided hike with Ashley from Phoenix Adventures last weekend. It was a wonderful experience. He selected where and how long we would hike based on our needs, skills, and desires. Not only did he pick the perfect spot, he taught us what we need to know to go back on our own. He was very patient with my niece and made it fun for her. This may have been our first trip, but it will not be our last with Ashley. I am looking forward to having him plan and guide canoeing and rock climbing trips this spring.
