Horrible management. I know its hard during covid but yelling at your guests when your employees make a mistake is ridiculous.

Positives: Assigned seats, popcorn was fresh, my son and I loved the recliner seats!
Negatives: concession line took a long time, theater doors are not marked with movie titles, bathrooms were dirty, my husband thought seats were awful because of the head rest pushed his head into his chin. No matter what he did to adjust the seat, he felt the head rest made watching the movie uncomfortable. Not sure if other taller people also struggle with this.
I will definitely be back, but my husband hated it.

Thank you for another great Fathom Event Metropolitan Opera presentation today. Your theatre is always clean and comfortable. The restrooms are sparkling which I really appreciate. Movie theatres are so dirty these days and it is nice to see you are an exception.

This has become our preferred theater in the area. The seating is comfortable, staff is friendly and the place is actually clean - no 'cinemuck' here. The food offerings and beer are good. You do pay some extra for the experience but in our view it is worth it to be comfortable and to be able to pick out our assigned seats. To save some money regulars at this location can join the loyalty club which offers some decent incentives.

Went on a Saturday night and was impressed with the upgrade. Very clean and modernized seating. You will have to select your seating at the ticket window or concession area , they have very comfortable electric recliners with lots of room. Location is a little difficult to access due to construction but with it. Located beside the new Top Golf.

Upscale theater. Very nice, comfortable. They have a deli! Good theater experience, very comfortable, recliner type seating.

Okay, so I took my two kids to see a movie tonight, and about 10 minutes into the previews, we had to leave. We purchased tickets online about an hour early and the only seats showing available were on the front row. Tickets were $12.71 for each adult and $10.10 for each kid. Then I paid a $6 ticketing fee. I don't understand that. I booked from Regal's own website, not some third party. But, the kids really wanted to go, and while I've been on the front row of a theater before and know it's not ideal, I've never been LITERALLY unable to watch a movie...until today. It was worse than I could have possibly imagined! We were so close to the screen, we had to lay our fancy reclining seats ALL THE WAY DOWN and still turn our heads up just to see the screen. We looked around and saw an empty theater, so we tried to get better seats. They said there were none so we sat back down. I started getting sick from having to lie completely flat and look up at this distorted swirl of motion. Everything was blurry because we were looking up the screen from below it. It was so awful - how can they sell tickets like that? They finally refunded our money when we walked our kids out with headaches and arms full of overpriced popcorn and drinks to eat them on the drive home. So, so disappointed and can't believe a theater can have seats that are so bad you literally can't watch the movie.

Once you go recliner seats you kinda never want to go back to regular movie theater seats. This movie theater is pretty new. Every seat is a recliner seat. Plenty of parking. Near Hamilton Place mall. I love the recliner seats. Very comfortable. But they do pack everyone kinda in.
You have to actually reserve specific seats at this theater and then you have your own recliner that is marked off to be just yours. They also serve like real food and alcohol which is cool.

I have no real complaints, the seating was very comfy. Reclines, total relaxation. My daughter who is 8 was able to sit between my legs and we were still able to recline and be comfortable. The only issues was that seats can fill quickly and if you aren't careful your group may be separated or someone will have to share seats. I'd like to visit this place again. Not sure on food and drink prices. As we didn't purchase anything but tickets still a little pricey. Right at $50 for 5 people.

I have mixed reviews on this place. The employees were very friendly, the place was clean, and the option to buy actual food was pretty cool. But almost $13 per person just to get in?!? My husband said "is that right?" and the employee said " well we have leather recliners! " So...we have them at the theater in our home town but pay literally half that! Then by the time we added 2 drinks and 2 popcorns, it was a $70 night for 3 people. And because we had to pick out seats before even going inside, we ended up sitting directly next to someone who wouldn't shut up but that seat was empty when we bought the tickets. Not a fan of assigned seating. Normally we don't go to the movies when travelling, but we didn't want to miss this movie.
