Excellent service as usual. The sales assistant when I was collecting items was very polite and helpful. The product packaging was exceptional. Overall a lovely experience and one I would recommend to anyone.

What a great family run shop, all staff so friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble good sense of humour and great products

My wife went into the shop yesterday to buy me a Rolex watch that was on display in the window. The watch was taken out and shown to her. When she said about purchasing the £10k item she was told that although it was on display they could not sell it to her as there was a waiting list. Furthermore she was informed that the waiting list of two years would favour those on the island and that in effect she should leave and find a Rolex dealer where she lived. Firstly, not a great attitude from a Rolex Dealer, and secondly, why display an item in your high street window that you cannot, or chose not too, sell to a customer. At least place a sign next to the item to advise the customer of a waiting list to prevent wasted time and embarrassment.
Result, my wife belittled when trying her best to part with £10k! As it happens we have been coming to the island for 40 years every year and have many contacts and friends here including a few 11k,s who having heard how we were treated won’t be stopping by! Meanwhile we will be having a chat with Rolex about some retraining of dealers around customer service on waiting lists and territorial treatment of genuine customers.

I ordered a watch last year, I have been dealing with Sue and the service I have received from then until now has been excellent. Watch arrived, Sue arranged for a video of the watch to be sent to me by Heidi which was very exciting as I am a massive watch fan and this is going to be my first luxury branded watch.
Arrangements were made to collect, Unfortunately Covid restrictions meant I couldn’t pick up after a few cancelled flights. Sue has since been very accommodating and now I’m waiting for restrictions to lift and the call from Sue to come and collect.
Impressed by the service so much that I had mentioned this to a friend who has said they would like to purchase a few watches after hearing how well I’ve been looked after.
Would 100% recommend.

Not the best response or great customer service.
Initially the front door was locked due to Covid-19 restrictions. The door was opened by a member of staff who thought it clever to point out a small sign that stated they were open but the door was locked.
I was enquiring whether they replaced watch batteries. I was promptly met with “do you mean a watch battery?” In a condescending manor! At this point how did the man know I required one or a couple to be fitted? Or was it a general question.
I was then advised that my premium branded watch would be best serviced by another Jeweller.
On leaving the shop, i was met with an obnoxious tut!!!

Very nice shop and staff friendly. Large range of Beautiful Rings Chains and Watches. Lots of other shops to brouse around there.

If you are in the Channel Islands this is the place to go for an excellent selection of top watches. Great people, great choice, say hello to Wioleta! Very helpful with sales tax refunds if you live outside Jersey.

This jeweller stocks top quality watches and jewellery.
The window display includes Patek Phillipe, Rolex, Omega and other high end watches.
Jewellery also features highly and again the rings, necklaces and bracelets are the best you will find on the island.
Great place even if you can only afford to window shop.

Welcomed back like friends each time we visit and always something new to look at. The personalised service and time given to customers is priceless. Most items cheaper than the UK equivalent and you can claim the GST back at the airport. Conveniently situated in the main shopping street. Well worth a visit.

I am thinking of visiting Jersey in July is the country Duty Free like Gibraltar?. I am hoping to buying a watch for my son's 18 Birthday. Can anyone recommend a hotel or apartment ? Also do they have many jewellery shops in Jersey.

Hi, yes Jersey is VAT free and so purchases of watches, jewellery etc are cheaper. There are a number of great jewellers but I can recommend Hettich, having bough my Wives engagement ring there.
With regards to hotels, i'd recommend the Pomme D'Or if you want to be in St.Helier.
