“Such a shame”

很难停车，所以不是很好的开始，很可爱，但是地上有太多的狗屎，不受控制的狗脱离了牵制。 咖啡馆很忙，但很脏，没有糖，我们不得不问你在这里工作有多痛苦和不友好。真希望我们曾尝试过路对面的酒吧。

Struggled to park so not great start lovely walk but too much dog poo on the ground and uncontrolled dogs off the lead .
Cafe was busy but dirty no sugar we had to ask and how miserable and unfriendly do you have to be to work here.wish we had tried the pub across rhe Road.

Lovely place for a family walk ( let down by the cafe )

Visited here as a family, reasonably priced car parking which is great, plenty of spaces in the overflow car park. Lovely walk along the designated paths and great views at the top. One thing that lets this place down are the extortionate prices at the cafe in the visitors centre. £5.40 for a 2 scoop ice cream??!! Really???? Disgusting that they’re charging families this price!! Pure greed!

Nice walk

Brought the dog here for a walk, first time visiting for us. It’s a lovely place to walk and explore. Nice picnic area, shop, restaurant but we didn’t go in them as the time we finished our walk they were shut. Nice clean toilets too. Only downsides were the car park isn’t free and the bins for the poop along the way were over flowing and were even on the floor- on a warm day that wouldn’t be pleasant. I will return to explore more of the trails when I’m in the area.

the walk and surrounding lovely.gorgeous meal and reasonable.the only thing that spoilt our special day with our family were the miserable cafe staff. asked for sugar and was pointed to a bowl with sugar lumps , i put bowl on our tray to put sugar in our coffee cups and was told abruptly that i couldnt take the bowl with me to which i replied i didnt intend to. the guy was looking for us to give us our meal was waved at by us to show where we were then we were told off in a mutter that we shouldnt be sitting on picnic table on the grass as management dont like it. where were the signs to say and as we had 4. dogs between us 6 we didnt want to be in way of other people.hubby took back all the plates ect back on a tray and was glared at with no thanks.we will take picknic in future and steer clear of cafe. shame such lovely food but wont begoing there again. thanks you 2 boys ,miserable gits

Nice family nature walk

Greta family and dog walk. You can carry on walking for miles, nice views from the top. It wasn't busy at all when we went. Plenty of parking spaces, there are two carparks.

Loggerheads

Parked at ‘the other end’ of Loggerheads on Cilcain Road, Pantymwyn and did a 3 mile loop walk from there going down to Devils Gorge & along the river to the Loggerheads cafe area, then back up the cliff steps and along the top cliff path & road back to Pantymwyn. Nice enough stroll on a Sunday afternoon.

Lovely few walks to do

We like this place as somewhere to go with options. There is the short fairly accessible walk or longer options.

We love taking the dog!

I am fed up of people moaning about dogs being off lead in reviews though as our dog has been trained and doesn’t approach others, recalls exceptionally and waits for us before going round a bend etc. People need to stop punishing the dogs by saying they should not be allowed off lead and rather blaming the owners! If this place ends up banning off lead dogs I know several people with well trained and obedient dogs who will never go there again. Children are as much of a menace on society screaming, running past you, kicking their balls over and knocking your picnic over etc when you’re trying to have a peaceful walk! Oh wait, it’s not the children’s fault but the parents who think their little angels can do whatever they want. See my point…

The cafe is SLOW to serve but nice enough. I’d recommend taking a picnic and just supporting the cafe by getting a drink. Toilets have always been clean when we have been there. Car park is cheap enough too.

Unfortunately the quality of food was poor, not terrible but poor. Scone was stale had to take it back , they did with no question.

Lovely spot!

Lovely spot to walk and just take in nature. There's some really lovely walk paths and the views are just spectacular from the clifftops! Definitely worth a visit if you're outdoors-y
There's a little cafe and gift shop to. The Food in the cafe is nice.
The girls who work in the gift shop are very welcoming and helpful.

Great for families

This is a lovely place to walk along the river, the path is accessible for wheelchairs and buggies. There are toilets, a nice cafe and a shop. There is a large grass area with benches next to the cafe. Great views if you go up the steps to the top of the cliff, lots of paths up there through the woods for walking, not good for wheelchairs but could do it with buggies if using the path from the road.
