Booked the Spa as part of our stay at Portmeirion. The ladies at the spa were so lovely and welcoming, and really put us at ease. They gave us a little bit of history about the village, and got to know us a bit. It was so relaxing and the treatment we chose was fabulous. It was so good we tried to book again for the next day but they were all booked up. Would definitely recommend.

We visited the spa as part of our ‘Minimoon’ stay at Castell Deudraeth on April, and the whole experience was heavenly.
My husband had a back massage, which he said was amazing. I had the best facial I’ve ever had thanks to the magical fingers of the lovely Celyth.
Afterwards, we reclined in comfortable seats in reception, chatting to the wonderfully friendly therapists, sipping water and admiring the beautiful views of the estuary.
The whole experience was heavenly and I heartily recommend booking yourself in if you can.

Wonderful experience. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
The setting is beyond compare.
Celyth was a skilled masseuse and the treatment was wonderfully relaxing. Loved the Voya Products - beautifully scented.

I cannot praise the spa enough. The staff there are incredibly professional but also really down to earth. This was my second visit as a resident in the village. The treatment really helped my old legs. Plus the views over the estuary when you enter and exit are amazing. Thank you so much ladies x

We visited Mermaid Spa today and were welcomed and greeted warmly at the door by the staff. We chose the Mermaid package and after our requirements were discussed, we both received the best massage we can remember having. Absolute bliss! Thank you so much to all of the staff who looked after us today, you made us feel comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Mermaid Spa!

I spent 6 days staying in Portmeirion late April 2022 and I returned to the spa 3 times during that time. From the minute I walked in I got such a warm welcome from the 2 girls working there. They are both such lovely girls.
On my first visit shortly before I arrived I received a call telling me a close friend had passed away. I thought I would be able to hold it together but during my treatment I couldn’t help but start crying. Caithness was so kind to me and was so compassionate, she was amazing!
During my 3 sessions I had 2 treatments back to back each time, all were fantastic. The hot stone massage was out of this world, not sure I would ever find one as good anywhere else again. I would highly recommend a visit.
After my treatments I lay back in the reception area in a very comfi Eames chair sipping water and chatting to them both. Sian gave me advice on local places to visit, we went to all of them, all were lovely.
Thank your both for making my holiday to Portmeirion and the Mermaid Spa so special. I will definitely be back one day for another hot stone massage.

My second visit at Mermaid Spa. Very professional service delivered in a friendly atmosphere. Full body massage was amazing and I felt very relaxed after. Highly recommended. I cannnot wait for my next appointment ❤️

Couple of weeks ago my partner and I visited the spa and was greeted with such a warm and lovely welcoming. We were both booked in for a full body massage. I had the option to change treatment as my back needed more attention, however my partner didn’t get the option which I think is unfair. Myself and my partner have had many massages in the past but I had never felt so comfortable and relaxed until now. Celyth is such a lovely and kind young lady who I can tell loves doing what she does and is very good at it, so thank you. However, my partner didn’t have the best experience, I believe her therapist was called Teleri and was very harsh and too painful. My partner can take deep pressure but asked her to ease off but she didn’t listen. My partner says that she couldn’t relax as the room was way too hot. After our treatment we sat down to relax and spoke to Sian, who was absolutely lovely and gave us information about the village and suggested some areas to visit. We really enjoyed our visit to the Spa and north wales. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to explore the village however, we will be back 😊

A small spa tucked away in Portmeirion village. Warm welcome and a truly great experience. Excellent massage from Sian and a well presented room with lovely relaxing atmosphere. Much appreciated. Hope to be back soon. Diolch yn fawr iawn.

Had a fantastic back massage from Sian yesturday. Really enjoyed the relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Will definately return.
